I’m completely avoiding chocolate or it will trigger me into all of it.
It’s all or nothing with me.
Plan for tomorrow.....
B.....smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes
L....cereal with fruit and yoghurt
D.....roast chicken with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, stuffing and gravy.
Ds can’t wait. He loves a roast.
