I'm hoping to sick with it this time. I find it hard at 1st and feel like I'm craving junk constantly but hopefully that will subside.

B 2 hifi bars, apple and tangerine

L scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms

D Gammon, beans and tomato

snacks and treats were options hot choc (2) Malted milks x2 (4) half a banana and a cup of leek soup (F)

in bed before I eat my 9 remaining syns just because lol. Easy food for now to stay on plan. Plus 2 sick DC. Can't wait to experiment!

Another day on plan.....I’m in the zone!!

B....hot smoked salmon (1) scrambled eggs, plum tomatoes

L.....40g special k, fruit (3) yoghurt

D.....cauliflower syn free lasagne

Sticking with the plan as much as possible, in preparation for a full on roast tomorrow!
B - raspberry wheaties, yoghurt, sweet freedom fruit syrup
L - 2 boiled eggs, crispbreads with marmite on.
D - spag Bol
Snacks, Mango, grapes, hi fi bar.

I know we're not supposed to save syns but I've only used 56 out of the 90 allowed over 6 days, I've not deliberately saved them, but hoping the fact I've not used them all will help counter balance the roast tomorrow!

Survived a kids party buffet. Just had three bites of birthday cake. 5 syns do you think?
B porridge, banana and choc shot
Out of speed fruit
L egg fried rice with ham, peppers, carrot and onion
D cottage pie with carrots
Easter lunch at in laws tomorrow. Strategy is small portions. Need to do some more exercise as well as walking less without school runs.

I've managed to avoid all Easter temptations so far this weekend. Going to my sister's for dinner tomorrow, she's also on SW so we're having a SW friendly roast, I'm making half syn yorkshires and I've made a low syn trifle, 2 syns per portion. Today's food:

B - apple
L - leftover chicken stir fry, rice and veg
D - 2 syn free burgers, 2 slices of cheese (HEA), tomato relish (1 syn), mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, chips and mushy peas
S - nothing yet, will have 2 hifis later for my HEB and maybe a bag of skips (3.5 syns)

Hi there!

I joined Slimming world two weeks ago, I've got through them and lost 6lbs so far, every single day has been on plan, until today.

For some reason unknown to even me, today I've eaten around 200g of Cadbury dairy milk and a bag and a half of mini cheddars- I'm feeling so bad now and that I've really let myself down. I'm not a quick loser and have to be 💯 to get a loss.

Any ideas what I can do to pull it back this week? I weigh in on a Saturday morning, so I do have a whole week, I've just made a load of butternut squash soup to have for lunches during the next week and I was thinking of trying to seriously cut down the carbs over the next week.

I know it's not the end of the world, but I just don't want this blip to send me off track so soon after starting my journey.

@CamdenTownie write today off and stick to it 100% for the rest and you should be alright :) maybe up your speed this week too

I've Had a busy and stressful day and felt sick with hunger. Fruit wouldn't touch the sides.

B 2x hifi bars heb, apple

L salad with dressing 2 syns, grapes

D Lamb shank 3 syns, broccoli and green beans

Was at a training course today and had cuppa made with 1 sugar so thats 1 syn.

I'm still so hungry. My body is used to lots of carbs each day and nothing is filling me. The family is having a take away so I've ordered bolied rice and curry sauce so I feel like I've had a treat . This will use the rest of my syns. I won't be having speed food with it but I will enjoy.

@CamdenTownie -good advice from Frozen try and up your speed. Cutting down on syns might help too 😀

Happy Easter weekend everybody. I did a night shift last night and managed to not eat any of the treats lying around😇
I have 40 syns left over this week so I can have some chocolate tomorrow!
breakfast; nothing, went straight to bed.
lunch; toast hexB quark and peach.
Dinner; Chinese chicken and mushroom (9.5syns) plain rice
Cadbury hilight sachet with marshmallows (4 syns)

I’m completely avoiding chocolate or it will trigger me into all of it.

It’s all or nothing with me.

Plan for tomorrow.....

D.....roast chicken with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, stuffing and gravy.

Ds can’t wait. He loves a roast.

Havnt had a so just eaten 40g if low fat grated cheese and was yummy

Happy Easter everyone, hope you've all had a good day, I've managed to stay on track so I'm feeling pretty good:

B - omelette and beans
L - nothing, as had big dinner to look forward to
D - roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast carrots and parsnips, cabbage, broccoli, peas, gravy (1.5 syns) and 2 Yorkshire puddings (1 syn,) followed by a sort of trifle type dessert made with sugar free jelly, sponge fingers and light squirty cream (2 syns)

I've never liked breakfast, I hate eating early in the morning so on weekdays I just have a piece of fruit. On the weekends I sometimes have a cooked breakfast (omelette and beans today) but I eat it at 10.30/11ish so wouldn't have lunch as well.

I had a lie in so only had breakfast at 11.30ish.

Picked at some salmon at 3ish.
Roast chicken at 6pm......

Usually I’m all over 3 meals plus snacks!!

Cherry thanks for the advice. Ill try more protien. Well my day was going so well. Until I went out to family for lunch and had a lamb roast dinner and a huge piece of cheesecake 🙈

I've no idea how to syn homemade stuff but I think the 3 roast potatoes were cooked in oil and the gravy was made with stock and a bit of bisto, very thin though. I don't even want to think about the cheese cake!!

Other than that I had

B- 2 toast heb 2 eggs tomatoes and mushrooms

L- Jacket potato with beans, a pear and a tangerine.

I hope I haven't ruined my 3 good days on plan for my 1st weigh in.
