@boats16 I've upped my HEB this week by using dried fruit or cereal. There are nuts and soup which are HE's but Ds is allergic to nuts and I hate pre made soup. I don't know if it will work. We'll need to wait and see.

Well I've got a stomach bug so I'm sure I'll have a loss this week but it's definitely not the way I wanted to lose it :(

Bad day here! Blush has a buffet at work, and while I was more restrained than usual I definitely ate all my syns (and more probably!) But I was stressed as I had a diagnostic scan this morning and I have health anxiety so I was get very worked up. So I enjoyed a relaxing lunch and some bread and quiche!

B-none
L- buffet
D- syn free beef in bbq sauce and sweet potato wedges.

Back on plan tomorrow!

Ohh thanks calzone but I don’t have a Morrisons (or an Asda) unfortunately. I really miss them both as that’s what we had before we moved.

Just about to go and re-join. Just checked my old book and I was 11st 5lbs last time I weighed in (last September). My lowest and club 10 was 11st 0.5lbs. Am interested to see what I weigh now, started at 12st 6lbs last Jan.

I had a piece of cake today. Will this be enough to cause a gain? I haven’t had any other syns.

I've felt awful all day so I've eaten just over my syns and absolutely nothing good at all!

2 breadsticks - 2
Some mini party rings shared with dd - 4.5
Cadbury caramel egg - 9.5

At least I'm not being sick any more :)

cherry it’s unlikely that a single piece of cake will cause you to gain weight, s long as you’ve been on plan the rest of the week you’ll be fine.

So I’ve just weighed in at 11st 12lbs. I’ve put target at 11st 5lb but might reduce that to 11st 2lbs depending on how the next couple of weeks go.

Lamb salad for dinner.

Last week’s gain is messing with my head. I’m enjoying the food and feeling healthy. Think I need to not fixate on the numbers which is tricky.

I lost 3lb this week, got my 2.5 stone award, slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month! I'm so pleased, total is now 2st 8.5lb in 9 weeks!

I keep dreaming about tonight's weigh in! I gain all my weight back!!! I've felt very bloated this week. Don't know if it's the extra healthy extra or what.

2lb off for me this week Smile I am happy with that as I had a very bad day yesterday, I had a sneaky weigh in at the weekend and I probably would have lost more if yesterday hadn't happened, but it's still going in the right direction! 6lb so far in 2 weeks. My dad said he could tell I had lost some weight in my face when I visited yesterday which was nice to hear, even so early on!

B- weetabix
L- leftovers (bbq pork and rice)
D- nacho beef with veg and potato wedges

I will resist the leftover buffet at work Confused

Have woken up on my first day with a temperature and an upset stomach (sorry TMI) which is annoying. Don’t really want a false loss from illness in my first week, although might help with it being Easter on Sunday! Grin
