We've been to Alton Towers today. We usually stop and have brekkie at McDonalds. I decide to prepare overnight weetabix for myself which I ate in the car just before we got to MD's. So I wasn't hungry and just had a coffee, my DP had a breakfast there, I worked out it was 31 syns 
We went to the woodcutters grill for lunch, I had gammon with pineappłe and a Jacket potato and salad. (I syned the pineapple and mayo)
So not too bad, just had crispbreads, dairylea and cucmber as a snack when we got back.
I also racked up 75 mins of active walking round the park (doesn't include shuffling along queue lines lol!)
