After all that mithering I’ve lost 2.5lb. So relieved. Right scales are being put away tonight and not weighing outside group anymore.

RavenLG · 27/03/2018 19:45

Well done on everyone’s losses!!
And that’s amazing Frozen it must have felt brilliant!
I’m insatiable today. It’s the wonderful star week. I’m miserable, bloated, cranky, and crampy. Poor DP has had it in the neck a few times. I’ve just had chicken satay (3 syns) for tea and then shoved half a pack of ham in my face as I still felt hungry. Still feel hungry. Trying not to sabotage but feel the need to made a coffee and shovel all the cherry bakewells that are hiding in the cupboard in my face!

Groovee · 27/03/2018 19:52

Well done @Cherrypi

All the target members had good losses this week 😂 none of us could give advice on maintaining 😂

L - lamb salad, cous cous (1syn)
Sn - banana and protein shake (5 syns)
D - spag Bol, broccoli and asparagus, Parmesan (3 syns)

Just realised I didn’t have a HEXB, whoops!

Cherrypi · 27/03/2018 20:44

B Overnight Oats with skinny latte yoghurt
L celeriac and sweet corn soup slice of crust less bread with butter
D: Roast chicken, sprouts, carrots and roast potatoes

MyGuideJools · 27/03/2018 21:07

well done losers!Star

commiserations for losing a pound groovee GrinGrin

Does anyone have any low ish syn desserts for Easter lunch so that I don't stuff myself studidWink

FrozenMargarita17 · 27/03/2018 21:54

Thanks everyone! Let's hope I can keep going :)

I had a look at my bmi the other day and it said something like 8-11.6 is my ideal weight. There's no way I'd ever get down anywhere near 8 stone. I'm just not made that way! Even when I was in the gym 5 days a week, and doing my fitness pal, I was 10st 2!

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/03/2018 22:03

When I did ww years ago bmi was 20 and 9.5st and then 25 was 11.5

I got down to 11 stone then 10-10 And imloookedgaunt and couldn’t maintain it

Couldn’t imagine 9.5 !!!

I’m having a day off tomorrow. Dd is 1 and never thought I would
Be a mummy so will be eating cake and drinking bubbly

Cherrypi · 27/03/2018 22:38

Chubby cubs just released a low syn tiramisu that looks good.

Oldowl · 27/03/2018 22:42

Enjoy your DD's special day, Blondes. My DD is now learning to drive. Her 1st birthday seems like yesterday... rosy cheeks due to teething, a little blue dress and a caterpillar cake!

I lost 1.5lb tonight. I am now below target so I have moved it. New target is 9st 12.5lb. I finish work on Thurs for 3 weeks so will go to morning weigh-ins.

Groovee, well done for your loss. You can enjoy a bit of chocolate over Easter now.

Titsywoo · 27/03/2018 23:03

After a bit of a rocky start due to two lots of lunches out at the weekend, I'm finally getting into the groove! Today I had Moroccan chicken, cous cous and broccoli for lunch then a random dinner of cheese burger in a wholemeal bun (so hex a and b sorted) with pesto pasta and broccoli and green beans. Then raspberry sorbet for pudding. Total 12 syns.

Weigh in is on Thursday evening and I'm praying for a 4lb loss to get me started!

BasinHaircut · 28/03/2018 07:01

frozen my healthy BMI range apparently goes down to 8st 13lbs and I can tell you now that at 5ft 9ins I’d look seriously ill at that weight! I’ve been over 10.5stones since I was 17-18 and at that weight I was a size 8-10. I’m not sure I could reach under 9st without removing some of my heavier organs Grin

FrozenMargarita17 · 28/03/2018 07:25

Yeah I'm 5'7 and I would have nothing on my bones!

Flutterby81 · 28/03/2018 07:26

I think the lowest end of my healthy bmi is around 8dtone which Iv never been as an adult even when I was a size 8/10 so I’m aiming for the top end of mine! Had a good few days going to try another exercise class today being brave and trying group cycling think I might regret it but thought I’d see. 😂 well done on losses everyone

boats16 · 28/03/2018 09:16

Well done on loses everyone Star
