This is far too early for a weekend! Going to cook for my husband's bowling team! I'll need to get up and eat something soon.

@raven I’m the same. Have clothes that need to get back into :(

@frozen. What was the recipe. Love chicken. Assume creamy via ff cottage cheese /yog

Tweetypie30 · 24/03/2018 07:40

Argh, why can't I get my head in gear. First day back on it yesterday and I was doing really well until about 5pm and I just blew it. Ending up eating three malteaser bunnies and pizza and chips for tea.

Right, trying again today.

B: Fry up
L: Lentil pie with salad
D: Pasta with vegetables

BasinHaircut · 24/03/2018 08:43

Morning all. Mind if I join in? Did SW and was on this thread a while back but I’ve not been doig SW really for almost a year I suppose. Only want to lose half a stone, which is what I’ve gained back, but am joining back up on Monday to hopefully get it done before my holiday at the end of May

Testarossa1 · 24/03/2018 09:43

Morning all, welcome BasinHaircut the more the merrier!

B - branflakes, plain yoghurt with honey
L - leftover sausage casserole sauce from yesterday with bacon
D - turkey and broccoli pasta bake (SW recipe)

Giving my car a spring clean today, I'm sure it must be some sort of Body Magic, takes me 2 hours!

@Groovee . How has your eating changed since you have reached target. I assume you dont want to lose anymore ?

Groovee · 24/03/2018 16:13

Welcome back @BasinHaircut

@boats16 I'm following the target booklet which recommends upping HEB but struggling to fit it in. Have had a cake but within syns. But otherwise just as before do far. I'm away next weekend so a loss wouldn't be bad this week.

Littlepig8834 · 24/03/2018 17:18

Welcome Basin. Lost 1lb this week, 11.5lbs in 5 weeks would love to do a stone before Easter but think 2.5lbs is too big a loss for me, I'm usually a pound a week type of loser.
However I'm off to Boogie Bounce this week and have some decorating to do so hopefully that'll help!

FrozenMargarita17 · 24/03/2018 17:37

I'm writing today off.. went to a restaurant for lunch and had a good dinner (steak, mushroom, tomato and baked potato) but then had brownie for dessert 🙈

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2018 18:32

Count the brownie as syns @frozen

Groovee · 24/03/2018 18:50

Just enjoy the brownie! The rest of it was fine!

boats16 · 24/03/2018 18:54

Well done Liittlepig . My loss has been slow going too.1lb or STS . It's only the last couple it's been 2lb.Since I started swimming really 😃

FrozenMargarita17 · 24/03/2018 18:59

Thankfully I'm really full so probably won't have anything else today! It was lovely :)

Testarossa1 · 24/03/2018 19:25

Have just placed an order with Holland and Barrett. Lots if people in group rave about the sweet freedom choc shot (liquid chocolate) and sweet freedom fruit syrup, both 0.5syns per teaspoon. Have also ordered some sukrin gold sweetener, I'm still searching for one that doesn't have a weird after taste, the reviews say this one doesn't. Anyone else used these products?

raisedbyguineapigs · 24/03/2018 19:31

The choc shot is really nice! It lasts a while too. I have it in almond milk as its lower than an options. It doesn't taste artificial. I haven't tried the fruit shot.

BasinHaircut · 24/03/2018 20:44

THANKS all for the welcome. I’m just sitting here doing a meal plan so I can start Monday.

Could I ask a huge favour as I don’t have access to the website/app till I rejoin- could someone look up the Lidl lighthouse bay breaded COD fishcakes for me please and see what the suns are?

MyGuideJools · 24/03/2018 21:21

welcomeBrew

BasinHaircut · 24/03/2018 21:39

THANks jools, I remember you too! You’ve done it before, you’ll do it again.

Can’t wait to get back into it now. Just looking at all the snaps I took of meals last time. It all looks so delicious I can’t rember why we stopped eating these things!

MumInTheCity · 24/03/2018 22:03

After a good few slip ups this week I am back on track and hoping to do some damage limitation before Monday!
B - banana and orange
L - syn free onion bhajis, salad, tsatsiki and a tsp of mango chutney (1 syn)
D - homemade coronation chicken (4 syns) in a WW wrap (HEB) with paprika chips, salad and more tsatsiki
S - halo top mint chip ice cream (3 syns)

MyGuideJools · 24/03/2018 22:06

me too basin I really enjoy sw and was glad to get back on it. My dad died 7 months ago and i went off the rails a bit food wise, but he was so proud of the Weight I lost I've got to do it for him!
Good luck!

Oldowl · 25/03/2018 07:14

So sorry about your dad Jools. I miss mine everyday.

I have got back into running again. Only a 2Km loop of my local roads that I started doing at 9pm... when no one was looking!

It has 2 slight hills (long slopes that really get you out of breath). I managed to run the whole way last night for the first time. I felt such a sense of achievement when I got home.

Sticking to food. Love pro one chocolate brownie bars (4.5 syns, in Lidl this week for £1.49).

BasinHaircut · 25/03/2018 07:45

Sorry to hear that Jools Flowers totally understandable when these things happen.
