I just don't get this slimming world thing at all.

I don't measure my milk, but I do weigh my cereal. I have an apple, pear AND banana with it in the morning. I have leftovers for lunch (always zero syn salad or jacket potato with syn free filling, I don't syn the salad cream I use), I have tea or coffee with liberal milk, I eat a roughly syn free supper but I'll eat a handful of crisps, biscuits, I had a jam doughnut, nachos, brownie and ice-cream at the weekend... I'm only putting half the amount of effort in which is stupid.

But I got away with it. Again.

When will it catch up with me ?

calzone · 22/03/2018 23:17

@Blondes.....I made the best sw lasagne my consultant has ever tasted without a single egg or yoghurt in sight.

It’s proper awesome.

Boil in vegetable stock some cauliflower. Fresh or frozen. Drain and keep the stock. Then blend with a hand blender, adding the stock as you go. You end up with a jug of puréed cauliflower which you then season and add hea cheese to.

Honestly it’s good.

Lasagne
Macaroni cheese
Cauliflower cheese.

Hi Tweetypie
Well done Frozen
Good luck for tomorrow Blondes
Is 'Burlesque' a type of dancing Groovee ?

Groovee · 23/03/2018 04:49

@didireallysaythat I don't know. I have weeks with a blow out that I have a big loss. Then weeks where I am so on plan and gain.

@boats16 it's chair dancing! My friend became an instructor and I always swore I'd never go but I did and love it. www.burlesquechairdance.co.uk/

Right, here we go, first day back on it 100%.
B: Eggs on toast
L: Couscous and salad
D: Meat free burgers with SW chips and salad.

Cherrypi · 23/03/2018 07:33

B: Marmalade on toast. Melon, kiwi and strawberries
L: sweet potato, cottage cheese and salad
D: batter free cod, mushy peas and 50g chip shop chips

Kiwi fruit isn’t speed. I thought it would be.

Should I record taking my toddler swimming on my body magic form as it won’t be strenuous for me? Thanks

Flutterby81 · 23/03/2018 07:48

Morning everyone fell off the wagon and rolled right down the hill last night 😂 just felt ravenous and ended up eating rubbish as iv not been shopping yet so have nothing decent should have just resisted but my willpower had disappeared so off shopping straight from work this evening and haul myself back on the wagon today.

RavenLG · 23/03/2018 10:21

1lb off for me this week, despite the atrocious weekend I had.

Forgot my lunch for work today so not sure what I can grab low syns from Tesco?
I could get a subway but it’s always so busy and take about half an hour to get served 🙈

Flutterby81 · 23/03/2018 12:12

Well done @boats @blondes and @Raven.
What about a salad bowl from Tesco and buy a pack of ham/chicken to go with it Smile

Groovee · 23/03/2018 12:44

@boats16 it is fun! Such a laugh too! Given me a lot of confidence.

Had fruit for brekkie. Then my mum bought me a caramel shortbread like she said she would at target. 20 syns of deliciousness. Subway salad with steak and chicken tikka.

Will buy a tea to cook then I've agreed to go trampolining with my friend's brownie group as she's a leader down.

MyGuideJools · 23/03/2018 18:24

I've treated myself to some Halo Top ice cream (choc chip cookie dough) can anyone tell me the syns please?

Tweetypie30 · 23/03/2018 18:30

Well done to everyone who has lost. Boats, that must have been an incredible feeling. I can't wait to go shopping for new clothes and actually enjoy it.

How are you getting on today Flutterby? Today is my first day back on the wagon. I'm sticking to plan but I feel starving. I was ok until after the school run. That always seems to be my danger zone.

Cherrypi · 23/03/2018 18:31

4.5 for 66g

MyGuideJools · 23/03/2018 19:10

ooh thanks cherrypi
can't wait to try it!

FrozenMargarita17 · 23/03/2018 19:19

Has anyone made the sw chicken supreme? It says it's a creamy sauce which it looked like when I mixed it up in the bowl, then I put it in the pan and it's gone all watery!

Eep.

FrozenMargarita17 · 23/03/2018 19:30

It doesn't look the best hahaha

Boats that must have felt fab!! Well done! I really want to get a 'skinny' item of clothing to make a goal... but I already have so many clothes that don't fit I don't think I need it lol!

boats16 · 23/03/2018 20:28

It was good Raven .I had my holiday in June as an incentive.I wanted to buy smaller sizes and look better on holiday. I didnt think about the expense of buying new clothes when I factored my holiday though. A few things yes but everything . . . . Hmm . Youll get there.Smile
