I use my HE's. A choices, I eat a lot of yoghurt and quark but as I have bowel issues, I ensure I use my B choices.

Had a wee lunch out with DH after work as he was off. Dd got a uni offer. And we celebrated me reaching target. I had a prawn cocktail and chips.

App says low fat or virtually fat free is still no syns blondes unless you bought flavoured.

B - overnight shredded wheat with berries
L - dippy eggs with crackerbreads
D - chilli and rice.

Just had some grapes for a snack. I k ow they're not speed though. Been out for a walk today, though have developed a chilblain on my 2nd tie (thanks to cold weather!!!!) And it makes walking a little uncomfortable. Never had one before, ouchy and itchy...

Testarossa1 · 22/03/2018 15:07

Toe! Not tie.......

boo1507 · 22/03/2018 15:17

I just made a huuuuge bowl of couscous with celery, red green and yellow peppers, tomatoes, lemon, garlic, coriander, feta (HeA), red onion and a couple of sneaky pine nuts. It was sooooo good.

Cherrypi · 22/03/2018 15:50

B overnight oats
L homemade butternut squash soup
D jacket potato turkey and salad
S fibre one salted caramel square
Maybe a smidgeon of some cinnamon halo top I bought earlier.

Hi Everyone, I haven't posted in a while, in fact not at all on this thread. I got my 1st stone award two weeks ago but gained 2lbs this week. Need to get back on it. I'm so pleased with my stone award. It's the most weight I've lost since having my first baby and he's now six Blush

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/03/2018 17:44

FrozenMargarita17 · 22/03/2018 17:49

I lost 1lb this week. Not disappointed at all because I had chocolate this week (even though it was within syns) and also had a Chinese yesterday. It's still a loss so I'm happy!

PinkUnicorn1990 · 22/03/2018 18:59

Fab frozen! Hope you enjoyed your Chinese Grin

Used all my syns today but it was partly due to a slice of lemon drizzle cake that may have fallen in my mouth Blush

B-weetabix minis
L-leftover SW bbq pulled pork and sweet potato wedges
D-SW fish and chips

Going to Nando's tomorrow so will try and stay in my syns so it doesn't wreck my week!

boo1507 · 22/03/2018 19:20

Hey PinkUnicorn - Nando's is not bad to do within syns. I went last week and had the Butterfly Chicken, (3 syns), corn on cob (free as long as you dont have butter on it) and spicy rice (3 syns), and a diet coke. It was great.

boo1507 · 22/03/2018 19:29

My well planned dinner fell to pieces due to running late at work, unexpected guests and a hungry toddler tantrum, so my much anticipated paprika pork became "Made it in ten minutes, not quite sure what's in it" Pasta with a salad. I think it had lean pork steaks, pepperm onions, mushroom, garlic, and fresh and tinned tomatoes. It was pretty nice anyway.

PinkUnicorn1990 · 22/03/2018 19:33

Good to know boo I am really looking forward to it! Grin

glitterbutterboo · 22/03/2018 19:44
