Morning all. Back to work for me today, though not starting till 9.30am.

B - overnight weetabix with berries
L - SW tomato soup, crackerbreads, dairylea
D - no idea as we're at the in laws

I've got grapes, a satsuma and a jelly to snack on. I've also found having a bottle of fizzy water in the afternoon seems to help any hunger pangs. Must be the bubbles!

boats16 · 21/03/2018 08:06

Welcome RavenLG I have Muller lights and drop blueberries or my favourite fruits in or chop different fruits up in a tub . You could take a thermos with soup in ( taken as your HEB) if you want something more substantial

glitterbutterboo · 21/03/2018 08:12

Morning everyone. Feeling really bloated today which isn't so good. But got things planned out.
Breaky- overnight oats
Lunch - pasta n sauce and salad 2.5
Dinner - chicken tikka masala with rice and veg

Then a cheeky hot chocolate with made with healthy A

MyGuideJools · 21/03/2018 08:47

I'm loving the idea of eggy bread with my 3 slices of crustless wholemeal (hexB) why havnt I thought of that before!
Also Groovees cinnamon toast sounds good.

I also love quark, whipped up with some sweetener or a squeeze of honey and various fruits mixed in, blueberries, banana, raspberries etc. I find quark keeps me full on a 12 hour shift if I have it as part if my dinner.
Today will be a bit of a right off as it's a family birthday.
Breakfast; bunch of grapes
Dinner; out at a 'posh' cafe so not sureConfused
Tea; takeaway pizza and birthday cake.

Think I shall just right off today and get back on it tomorrow. I won't go mad i might but I want to enjoy myself 🍹

MyGuideJools · 21/03/2018 08:48

obviously that should be write off Blush

RavenLG · 21/03/2018 08:52

Well done on the loss Groovee

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m not a sweet person and don’t really do processed like millers and sweetener but could adapt some things. Quiche sounds like a good idea (hopefully not as stinky as boiled eggs)

Today’s food:
B- overnight oats (HeB)
L- curried butternut squash and brown rice soup (2 syns)
D- two chubby cubs chicken jalfrezi and rice (or jacket depending on how I’m feeling later
Snacks- cucumber sticks and soft cheese (HeA) and the syns on something sweet tonight

Flutterby81 · 21/03/2018 09:05

Well done @Groovee that’s brilliant well done you must be so happy 🎖🙂
Welcome to @Raven too.

glitterbutterboo · 21/03/2018 09:39

Well the overnight oats was a big hit with my 2 year old as well, except I put her little yogurts in hers. She said it was delicious Grin tomorrow will try the cinnamon French toast. Was supposed to have that this morning but I forgot I had already put the oats in the fridge. Just something else delish to wait for tomorrow

boats16 · 21/03/2018 11:53

Im wondering whether to write off today as my partner wants to go out for tea tonight. Probably a nice pub. Im not sure whats the best to eat there. Im looking forward to going but I weigh in Friday. Will I have to write the whole week off ? Confused

Groovee · 21/03/2018 13:12

@boats16 I would eat as much speed and protein at home as you can then have the meal at the pub off plan. That way you can enjoy yourself without stuffing yourself with food you don't want. You get 21 meals a week so I'm sure you'll be ok if you don't go Wild.

Just had cheese beanos for lunch as I feel I should try to have another HE either morning or lunch, had a speedy salad too. Really want to make hot cross bun baked oats but I'd need to go and buy oranges as I have none left.

Had the syn free breakfast bake for lunch and it was really nice. Much better than its parts.

Groovee · 21/03/2018 13:47

What's that cherrypi?

boo1507 · 21/03/2018 15:26

I just got ambushed by a cheese straw while in town getting my laptop fixed. (shamefacedly clambers back on wagon).

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/03/2018 15:48

B fruit and ml yog
L ommlette peppers onions and cheese a
T lamb loin and salad

Made Weetabix biscuits 🙄 with my b

There were ok maybe need to be flatter so crispier

Cherrypi · 21/03/2018 16:12

It’s a pinch of nom recipe. Bacon and mushrooms fried then put in the oven with beans, an egg and grated cheese on top. Was very filling and tasty.

calzone · 21/03/2018 17:11

B.....syn free banana pancakes, apple and yoghurt

L....turkey meatballs with pasta, mushrooms and salad

D....not sure

latedecember1963 · 21/03/2018 17:43

Congratulations, Groovee! 🎯 🎯🎯🎯🎯What an achievement. Enjoy your additional HE.

Mmm, liking the sound of eggy bread with cinnamon. I might add sultanas (25g for 3.5 syns) to make it a bit like bread and butter pudding.

Groovee · 21/03/2018 19:59

Ooh I made s'mores baked oats. So yummy. So 2 healthy extras and only 4 syns used all day!

FrozenMargarita17 · 21/03/2018 20:40

I got the American dream muller lights this time. The cheesecake one is LOVELY. I've put blackberries and strawberries in it 😋

MumInTheCity · 21/03/2018 20:58

Well done Groovee!

Yesterday was a complete write off for me Blush. But I've jumped straight back on the wagon today and stuck to plan:
B - banana
L - golden vegetable rice pouch (2.5 syns) and salad
D - Diet Coke chicken and noodles
S - Cadbury break bar (6.5 syns) and a mini whippy bar from Tesco (3.5 syns) - I was craving chocolate!
Haven't had my hexa or b today and probably won't now as I'm exhausted and going to bed soon.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/03/2018 23:32

@mum Cheese on toast

Do we have to have our a and b every day so really 12 syns if you counted them

Know it’s the fibre and calcium but what would happen if you didn’t have them

FrozenMargarita17 · 21/03/2018 23:48

B - alpen light bars. I really need to get better at this. I struggle to think about chopping fruit up etc when I've been up all night with the baby.

L - left over Diet Coke chicken with noodles

D - Chinese takeaway - boiled rice, chicken in oyster sauce with pak Choi, baby corn, carrots and chestnut mushrooms (it was remarkably light and not at all the usual heavy fatty Chinese). I did have a couple of tiny spring rolls and a couple of mouthfuls of Singapore noodles but overall I don't think I did too badly.

S - muller light American dream cheesecake with strawberries and blackberries.

FrozenMargarita17 · 21/03/2018 23:49

@blondes I often don't use them - especially the a because I might have a couple of cups of tea with some skimmed milk in but it's nowhere near 350ml

glitterbutterboo · 22/03/2018 10:55

Really not feeling to great this morning. So having brunch beans and cheese on toast with a side of melon. Feeling really yucky and needed some comfort food. Done the job and was yummy
