Oh lovely. I've found that sweetener gives me really bad tummy upset so I have to avoid recipes with it in :( I need to find one that doesn't do it !

boats16 · 20/03/2018 17:02

I find frozen fruit very watery 😯

glitterbutterboo · 20/03/2018 17:04

I found that the deserts I tried weren't that good on slimming world apart from the carrot cake and meringues with yogurt and strawberries

glitterbutterboo · 20/03/2018 17:09

Quick question. If I made French toast with 2x 400g whole meal bread would that be free? I love it and would be great for breakfast as something different Smile

boo1507 · 20/03/2018 17:45

Deserts - I made the Mango cheese cake from the March/April mag for Mothers day dinner - it was really lovely, but it was frankly a humoungous flaff to make.

boo1507 · 20/03/2018 17:46

I also made low syn oaty biscuits using dates as a sweetener - no sugar or sweetener at all - I actually thought they were pretty good.

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/03/2018 18:16

can we have the biscuit recipe please

plus

why doesnt sw dobiscuits/cakes the way ww does

MyGuideJools · 20/03/2018 18:54

Groovee · 20/03/2018 20:20

I did it! 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯 and my 4.5st award!!!

Yes I eat the berries frozen. I hate them defrosted if not fresh.

@glitterbutterboo if you use the bread as your HE. Then yes it's free otherwise. I made cinnamon French toast last week.

Well done Groovee!!!!

I weighed in tonight (1.5 off) but have been thinking about you and wondering whether you would hit target tonight.

I bet you wanted party poppers to go off when you saw the figures on the scales. I could not stop grinning when I hit target.

Enjoy celebrating. You really deserve to treat yourself. 4.5 stone is an amazing loss. xx

FrozenMargarita17 · 20/03/2018 21:33

I had my first chocolate tonight after starting SW. I'm sad, have a headache and I'm watching bake off. It pushed me over the edge. Thankfully it was just a caramel egg so 9 syns I think.

RavenLG · 20/03/2018 21:43

Hi All hope you don't mind me joining in.

Currently on week 3 but really struggling and have loads to lose. Lost 8.5lbs first week, put 0.5lb 2nd week, yet to weigh in this week but probably on for a gain. I can't seem to stick to it at the weekend. I've tried meal planning but I've had to sit down and make a spreadsheet (with conditional formatting, formula the LOT!) to help me stay on track. I'm generally ok through work but get hungry around 11.30am ish, or 3.30pm ish depending when I eat breakfast.

Can anyone recommend any snacks I can eat at desk? I've been making homemade hummus and carrots, I'm not a sweet person. I'm worried if I sit munching ham I'll look like a weirdo and if I crack out the boiled eggs I might get kicked out the office!

MyGuideJools · 20/03/2018 22:07

well done Groovee🌟🌟🎉amazing achievement!

Blondeshavemorefun · 20/03/2018 22:40

Reality has hit me... how to fit another HE into my day!

OP posts:
Cherrypi · 21/03/2018 06:32

Right new week. Starting body magic and not eating just because I have syns left. Also need to cut back on Diet Coke and yoghurt I think.

Groovee · 21/03/2018 07:29

Good luck @Cherrypi you can do it x
