1.5lb off for me this morning. Feeling proud. 9lb off in total, so heading in the right direction. Aiming for 1st off by just after Easter.

Going to Nando's tonight so planning to have the low syn butterfly chicken with corn on the cob.

I also meant to say, I tried the Oola deserts (choc and salterd caramel) this week. They are about 3 syns I think.

Well done to those that have lost! My weigh in day is tomorrow but had a sneaky weigh (can't help myself! Blush) and appear to have lost around 4 lb Shock so fingers crossed that stays the same. Really happy with the plan so far, hoping this is one thing I can stick to!

B-weetabix minis (HEB)
L- sausage casserole leftovers (2syns)
D- fajita spiced chicken with rice and veg (love it!) (1syn for the old El Paso spice mix)
S- aldi quavers and a rice cake bar (7.5 syns) muller light for pudding
HEA- skimmed milk

B - nothing 🙈 I'm so bad at breakfast
L - leftover pork and potato bake
D - butternut squash and tomato risotto with half hexa Parmesan cheese.
S - alpen bars hexB, 175 skimmed milk half hexA

It's my mums birthday this week and she wants a Chinese. Going to have to try and find something to eat that isn't awful for weigh in on Thursday!

Frozen - Chinese is not too bad if you are careful. In the past I've had
a Chinese with boiled rice or boiled noodles (FREE), half a portion beef in black bean (8 syns for a full 550g portion) and half a portion chicken and mushroom in oyster sauce (6.5 syns for a 550g portion). It was aaaawesome.

Think I might end up with a slight gain tomorrow from my sneaky weigh in. Would one glass of prosecco and two shortbread biscuits extra in a week be enough to cause that or do some weeks you just gain?

There's no rhyme or reason to some of my gains @Cherrypi. Weeks where I have been 200% on plan have had a gain!

Well done on the losses! And fingers crossed for tomorrow Pink 4lbs is loads!

B- shredded wheat - won't waste my hexb and most of my a on that again, not filling at all!
L- some fruit, was stretched for time
D- pinch of noms Syn Free chicken balti and rice - delicious and plenty left for tomorrow
S- 1x muller light

You can get away with 1/2 portion Frozen as they give you loads at the chinese .It's lovely too. Enjoy yourself

Well done to everyone who lost I sts which is better than the gain my sneak peek was showing just been out for dinner to chimichangas wasn’t at all good butbit was really nice so will have rest of week 100% on plan and low syn Smile although Iv literally Just got in and am now ill not sure if it was dodgy food or just my body’s not used to rubbish anymore Hmm

Ooh well done. Going to try and not let a gain demotivate me. Might be swelling from weightlifting which is an unusual activity for me.

So happy that I have lost 4lb in my first week! Grin fingers crossed for another good week, I know not all weeks will be the same but very positive about this plan!
