I saw a meme the other day that pretty much summed my journey up! It was something like "Be Kind to Yourself.... I've been being Kind to myself since November, what I need is a kick up the arse!" or words to that effect.
I started my journey on 7th January 2017 and have lost a grand total of 6lbs... but I obviously haven't been doing Slimming World all that time 
Had a delicious cottage pie for lunch, but bought the mash so that was 6 syns, and had a sneaky packet of Squares, didn't realise they'd be 6 syns though, almost as bad as Walkers 
Feel really great and managed to go to the gym today in the outside pool which was lovely!
Any ideas on what I can have as speed to go alongside chicken fried rice and peas? Don't really fancy a salad...
