Had a good day today -
Cooked breakfast - eggs, bacon, tinned tomatoes on 2 slices crustless bread
Lunch - chicken and pasta salad, light and free Greek yogurt for afters
Dinner - steak with roasted new potatoes, homemade coleslaw and corn on the cob.
Literately felt like I was having a cheat meal it was that good 😋
Ending today on 7 1/2 syns, having a mini bag of skittles when I get back from swimming as a little treat 😘 Xx
