Owlina and Groovee, I had the same thing the closer to target i got. It was so bloody frustrating. I found having a few speedy B choices a week and mainly only having carbs with one meal a day helped. Reduce your syns as well if you can. Was bloody depressing some days, but worth it in the long run to get to target.
I was meant to get weighed officially on Tuesday, first time since before my holidays, but had to collect DS from school so couldn’t go. Going next week instead. Think my consultant is getting fed up of me not weighing in, but I need the support not the scales.
Have had a good week otherwise. Made lots of soups and froze them. Love soup season.
