It's very tempting to not eat before I go in, but then I'd have to keep that up every week or else get a false gain, so that would be ridiculous.

2 bloody lb gain for me tonight. Me + stress always = gain and this week has been incredibly stressful.

If I was one of those people who lost weight due to stress I would be a skinny minny by now after all the stress I have had over the past 12 months! Hmm

Well done all you losers this week. Those who are gain like me, just keep going - we will get there!

3lbs yesterday at WI over the past 2 weeks. Expected that and I'm ok with it. I'm trying to have a completely on plan September and so far so good today Grin. I know it's not actually September yet but I'm starting from yesterday's weigh in. I'm hoping I can do 7lbs in a month and then I'm calling target.

Hi everyone.

Not been on it a week or so due to work. Hope everyone is well.

I lost 4.5 this week so 10.5lb off so far. I would really like to get my stone award this week but i am in london sat-mon and not sure how that will go. Hoping all the walking will help.

Basin - I'm planning a similar thing for Sept, going to try the 7.7.7 thing for the whole of September -

Hoping it'll help focus me again. Plus got 4 weeks till a wedding, and a dress to get comfortably into!

Treated myself to some earrings for my Club 10 award, not worn any for years but have had my hair cut, and getting foils on the weekend, and have bought a biker jacket, so I am trying to spruce myself up a bit now that I feel better about myself.

foof I've been toying with the idea of getting my ears pierced as a reward when I get to target. I'm 34 and never had my ears pierced. My dd got hers done last year and has loads of pretty earrings.

Welcome unicorn that definitely sounds doable. I'm hoping to lose my last stone by the end of October which would give me a total loss of 3st 9.5lb in around 6 months.

I lost 1/2 lb at Tuesday's weigh in. I'm not going to lie, as it was only my second week I was gutted. I'd stuck to the plan all week. Took all my will power not to binge that evening. Anyway, I ended up going out that evening and still stuck to plan. Really pleased with myself sticking with it. It's still 5lbs off in two weeks. Just hoping for a bigger loss next week.

Hello, can I join please? This is my first week, WI Saturday. I have 4 stone 3.5 lbs to lose Blush

Finding it enjoyable, my favourites so far are: jacket potato with coleslaw made from a carrot, red onion and lots of rocket. Used real mayo (because it tastes great) and mixed it with a little fat free yoghurt to reduce syns; and free cauliflower soup with one my HXAs, feta cheese, crumbled through it. Amazing.

I'm BF'ing DS and I'm allowed 6 HXAs and Bs, so I have no idea if I'll actually lose anything. A lot of cheese!

We Hello CaptWentworth. I'm a newbie too. On my third week now. I've got about 4st to lose as well but I've set my first goal for just 1st. Although I've joined SW about five times I've never managed to lose more than 10lbs. It's nothing to do with with the plan, it's my motivation that doesn't work. I'm determined to do it this time. Come on we can do it together 😊

Hi Tweetypie. How are you finding it this time? I don't entirely feel like I'm on a diet, so I'm not sure how I feel! Usually when you're hungry and dieting you sort of know you've lost weight, but the volume of food that I can eat is huge. I'm not convinced I'm going to lose anything until I stop BF'ing, but I'm definitely healthier.

I feel really focused this time and I'm trying to focus on the long term goal. For example, I didn't have a very good loss this week and I was disappointed. In the past I would have thought, screw it and have had a massive food binge and gone off plan for about a week. I'm really proud that I didn't though as I had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and I've lost 2.5lbs! I don't know how it works with bf but give it a go and see how it goes. If anything you'll be eating healthier like you say and it will give you more energy.

Lost 3.5lb this week,

Super happy with that. I put on 5lb, so want to lose that 1.5 to get back to where I was. Has some lovely meals this week, hoping to recreate that to keep me focused
