I've been really bad recently - two holidays and just not recovering motivation. So today I've sworn to be 100% on plan. Overnight oats to start with fruit and coffee. For lunch salad with smoked salmon, then stir fry with tofu. Have a good day everyone.

Hi is it ok if I join in? Signed up on Saturday with final aim of four stone to lose! Two very very close bereavements within a month has seen me eating rubbish and drinking too much so need to get myself sorted.

Suddenly being on my own makes evenings and weekends hard so snack on biscuits etc. Haven't had any since Friday though 😊 Eaten loads of fruit and cottage cheese and restricted myself to one small glass of wine topped up with soda.

Hoping to get the recipes for one book at group next week as I find it difficult to cook for one.

Is 2-3lb a week doable do you think? (Sorry for length of post!)

Just got back from weigh in! I lost 3 lbs!!! I did my 2 stone and club 10. It's been 2 months, so I'm happy with that.

2lb loss for me (online) again this week. I do have to work quite hard to get these losses.
Proud that I averted the binge disaster earlier in the week.

How did you set your target weight? I do t feel I know where I'm heading.

@Notmybag I do little targets so 1 and a half stone at first then a stone after that. Not got an end target yet.

Notmybag - I haven't yet set a target. I've never been under 13stone as an adult and have no idea what I look like less than that. I am just dealing with half stone chunks. I guess looking at the charts etc that around 10-11 stone would be within target range, although I cannot imagine being that low a weight!

Today's food:

hexb corn thins, cottage cheese, speedy veg on top

Baked potato (1) salad, hexa cheese mackerel in tomato sauce

Pasta in sauce pesto flavour, salad

carb heavy today as planned stuff went out the window due to dc being sent home ill from nursery.

Tomorrow:

B: chia seed pudding (30g seeds hexb) with half hexa almond milk, tsp sweetener, cinnamon and chopped apple

L: salad with half hexa cheese, sardines in tomato sauce

T: liver and onions, mashed potato, loads of veggies

Ok, weighed myself this morning (I know!) and looks like I'll have a gain this evening, but hopefully not too much. Half a lb heavier than last weigh in here, so could well be more by this evening. I ate and drank a lot on holiday though, so I'm alright about it!

Yesterday
B eggs, fruit, cereal, yoghurt
L chickpea curry and rice
S apples, pear, chicken
T pulled pork, chips, coleslaw, berries and yoghurt. Was going to have a freddo but too full!

I have put on 2 lb this week but it was well and truly deserved and I'm fine with it. We spent the bank holiday weekend with friends who were housesitting for her parents in their huge gorgeous country house. They had kindly stocked the house with lots of delicious food and told us to make use of their wine/champagne cellar. So we have drunk a ridiculous amount of very good wine and champagne, eaten too much and spent the weekend chilling out and having a good catch up. It has been lovely (and a bit surreal as that's not how we or they live usually) but I am totally ready to get back on track today.

I'm baaaaaaack.

Had a lovely holiday, ate far too much French cheese and bread and drank too much wine. Scales are being an absolute bastard, so I'm ignoring them.

I've no functioning kitchen until the weekend at least, so food is proving a struggle. Can't even use my microwave as it's surrounded by boxes. Hopefully will have some normality when it starts getting built tomorrow.

Recently rejoined sw and thought I was doing ok, until I gained 3.5lbs this morning, I was so annoyed that I immediately went and weighed at home on scales that usually weigh the same. If it was the Same or like 1lb or so out I would accepted it, but my scales had me at losing 2.5lbs. Not sure whether to write this week off as a gain or take it as a loss.

May I add I was messing about on scales at group trying to control a two year old and emptying my pockets whilst stood on scales - maybe had something to do with it I'm not sure !

Welcome to all the newbies

I managed a spectacular 4.5lb off this week. I got my 1.5stone and my club 10 from class. I have now lost 2st 9.5lb in 20weeks 😁. We just had cheeseburgers with loaded potato skins for dinner, it still amazes me that I'm allowed to eat things like that. It was delicious.

Well done losers and stsers. I gained a massive 3lb, expected but I'm still gutted. I hope it comes off quick, it's taken me weeks to lose that amount!
