Basin that is excellent news
Boat WELL DONE. Do Not downplay losses. That is excellent.
Also well done to your DD Grovee .
Jane are you doing it at home or going to group? You really should only weigh yourself once a week, at the same time of day preferably, on the same scales (so if you're going to group, those scales only; if you're at home, then do it at home but once a week). Your weight will fluctuate from day to day, from hour to hour (I can gain 5 lbs in a day, and it's all gone the next morning). Not that I'm one to talk, I weigh myself daily (it was part of my TTC "routine" to see how my cycle affected my weight - and now I know I gain a lb the day before I ovulate, and it goes the day after, and I gain up to 2.5 lbs in the run up to AF which drops off on day three if I don't dive into a vat of chocolate). Just make sure you're weighing and measuring your HEs, that you're having your 1/3 speed food - and most of all, don't eat for the sake of it. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full (Again, much easier said than done)
We have taster for Woman of the Year this week too - and I've been nominated. I won last year
but don't think I will this year, we've got a member who has lost 7 stone since joining in January and I think she'll get it. Not sure what I'm going to do, it will depend on how I feel whether I cook something or just grab an "accompaniment" like cherry tomatoes or similar.
Today's food:
B: Eggy muffins (they had been prepared for work but I'm now off again for a couple of weeks so I'll eat it anyway because it means I don't have to think about breakfast)
L: Leek & potato soup (see above)
D: Chili con carne with squoodles. It's not strictly speaking an SP day as the soup is leek & potato but we had rice yesterday and I don't fancy it two days running.
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars or apricots, depending on mood later.
