Boatsnack just take it one meal at a time and you'll take the pressure off yourself

Hi guys...I'm back

Unfortunately we found out 10 days ago after some bleeding and cramping that baby had stopped growing at 9 weeks - I should've been 12 at that point; had a couple of A&E admissions last week due to bleeding and clots and then had an ERPC last Friday. We are devastated but not giving up, and I am trying to get back to normality this week, so I've gone back to group today.

I had gained just over a stone in the past three months (I was sitting right at the top of target range when we got the BFP) so need to lose 12 more lbs to get back into target. I know I can do it so it's back on plan today and no more chocolate buttons/malt loaf/giant cheese sandwiches for the time being!

I'm also going to get DH to get the exercise bike back out and will be doing 15 minutes a day to start with. Might also go for a walk on the beach at some point, but at this time of year it's full of bloody tourists so you don't get the nice feeling that you get in October.

Sad news Em Flowers

The lovely ladies on the mc board here were total life savers for me when I had a mmc, if you need to talk xx

Groovester · 03/08/2017 16:31

7.5lbs on for me today. Add that to the couple I was already over and I'm about 10lbs over where I was at my lowest weight about a month ago.
Not too worried. Holidays plus not going to group plus not eating to plan will do that! Another week off the wagon but at the end of next week I will be ready to start afresh properly and get it all off again. I'm not panicking (even though I should be). School (and thus work) holidays have thrown me. My husband is off the wagon too. Next week is last week of holiday and then our home routine will kick back into action and I will have to start cooking again.

I am hitting my 10000 steps a day for the SW step up to cancer thingy.

Sending you a hug, Em. 💐

latedecember1963 · 04/08/2017 07:55

I've just eaten overnight oats. Feels like a bit of a lead weight in my stomach but hopefully will fuel me through some gardening this morning.
Ds2 decided not to come to the caravan with me so I am cooking just for myself. This gives me no excuses. The fridge is stocked with fruit & veg and the only biscuits I have are rich tea.

bananafanana1 · 04/08/2017 08:00

Oh em, so sorry for your loss. I'm a few weeks post miscarriage- lost 7.5 lb one week then 3.5 another. So it will soon drop off. The most important thing right now is to look after yourself Flowers

ALemonyPea · 04/08/2017 10:13

Morning campers.

Finally the sun is shining today. A little bit windy, but definite park weather. Have made a picnic with lovely syn free goodies and lots of speed, so should be fun!

Hope everyone has a lovely day.

ALemonyPea · 04/08/2017 10:14

Late, overnight oats always keep me full for ages, I use sweetened quark in mine, yum!

Trills · 04/08/2017 10:27

Look after yourself Em

CharleyBarleyboobear · 04/08/2017 11:10

Hi, does anyone know why the Aldi wholemeal bread mix is the only one you can have as a HEX B? I can't get to an Aldi but can go to Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's but apparently they don't count? Thanks

ALemonyPea · 04/08/2017 11:46

No idea, but Aldi have stopped stocking it anyway. I think it's something to do with the fibre content.

CharleyBarleyboobear · 04/08/2017 11:51

Thanks AlemonyPea

Trills · 04/08/2017 11:57

Myfitnesspal says that Aldi Crusty Wholemeal bread mix had 326 calories and 7g fibre per 100g.

I'd say that if another mix has that many calories (or fewer) and that much fibre (or more) then it should be OK.

(myfitnesspal often has user-entered data so best be a little wary, but this seems legit)
