Hi all, I'm not having a very successful weekend. Not completely terrible in terms of the amount I've been eating, but certainly not on plan. Went to a BBQ yesterday and there was very little choice of food. Burgers, sausages, chicken drumsticks (I never eat chicken cooked on a BBQ) and crisps. Seriously, that was it. I made a cake and took that and that was served as the only dessert (and was delicious, even if I say so myself). So I had a burger, in bun with ketchup, a sausage and a bag of crisps, plus a slice of cake. I'd had weetabix and a banana for breakfast, and I had a slice of toast when I got home because I was starving.
I didn't bother counting syns or anything because it would have been lots.
Today we are at the mother in laws for dinner. I've been asked to take a pasta dish so I've made a SW friendly pasta bake. I have no idea what else they will have on offer but at least I know the pasta is safe!
