OK, so I need to give myself a friendly kick up the butt.
I am being kind to myself. I am growing a person, FFS. But I don't want to gain all the weight back so I am trying to eat like a "normal" pregnant person. So it's ONE ginger biscuit at a time (and it generally works), it's ONE bag of crisps (rather than crisps AND chocolate AND...), but if I want it, I work out whether there's a "healthier" version that will work for me and go with that. If not, then I have what I want.
This is my before and after - total loss from heaviest to target - 100 lbs (7 stone 2), 4 stone of it in the 18 months I was doing SW this time round.
My portions are definitely smaller (except when it comes to a roast dinner, I bloody love roast potatoes). There aren't many days where I don't have some syns (because I use them for things like sauces with my meals etc) but I don't eat for the sake of it.
My target weight is also "overweight" (27.2). However, at this weight I am a comfortable size 12 (well, except the boobs), I managed to maintain it comfortably from reaching target in November to my first BFP in February, and then got back into target once the MC happened (just in time to get another BFP). My doctor is really happy with the target weight I've chosen, says that if I wanted to lose another stone or so that would be fine but not much more than that (I am big built, large shoulders etc) so the size I am looks fine.
