Em you look amazing well done.

It is good to know that others targets are over the 25 mark.

It also really encouraging to hear from people who have successfully lost similar amount of weight that I need to, makes me feel more positive, like I can do it too.

Going to struggle to do the before and after thing, when if i succeed, I avoid photos as of my life depends on it.

BasinHaircut · 07/06/2017 13:27

em your transformation is bloody amazing.

Boatsnack · 07/06/2017 14:09

em you look fantastic 👏👏👏

My jeans keep falling down, I've got a feeling the size down might still be too small though.

FoofFighter · 07/06/2017 16:16

Wow em that's an amazing achievement FlowersFlowersFlowers
-1.5 today so that's 9lbs in 3 weeks, chuffed as was away for the weekend but made good choices when I could and was on plan before and after

OwlinaTree · 07/06/2017 16:32

Well done losers, you are doing great!

Em that is a brilliant transformation, you must be very proud of yourself.

I'm trying hard here, slightly smaller amount of breakfast which was fine, cafe for lunch but had jacket and beans!

Decided to swap omelette for scrambled egg for breakfast as I don't need cheese then, so had the mushrooms and tomatoes on the side.

LavenderRainbows · 07/06/2017 19:11

Well done losers!
EM You look amazing!Star

Well, I put on a pound in the 2 weeks I've not weighed inHmm
I'm not surprised really but it's the first time I've gained (apart from 2lb at xmas) since I started in October.
I know where I went wrong so I'm back on the straight and narrow today.

useyourimagination · 07/06/2017 20:23

My syns today were used on a cheese & onion quiche which we bought before I took the plunge. I've used them on veggie burgers and some onion ring crisps too. Also, I'm a chocolate fiend.

BUT today, I told DH and DD so they're going to help me resist temptation. I've had a really good day today and if I get peckish later on I bought some dried apricots which will be my healthy extra b (if I'm doing this right!).

Groovee · 07/06/2017 21:38

Amazing Em x

ALemonyPea · 07/06/2017 21:41

Yep, dried apricots can be a B choice.

emwithme · 07/06/2017 21:46

Yup, you get 60g apricots which is actually a reasonable amount. I buy mine in the big bags and get DH to package them into snack baggies. I also do this with cashew nuts (although you only get 20g of those).

Mostly at the moment my HEB is being cereal, or ryvita to go with cheese as a post-work snack. I have eggy muffins for breakfast.

OwlinaTree · 07/06/2017 21:49

I tried the light and free cherry yogurts as recommended by lemony, very nice! Might try a different flavour next week. Any suggestions?

ALemonyPea · 07/06/2017 21:51

Don't try the new lemon one, very lacklustre. I like the strawberry one as well.

Doing SP today so had 2 B choices. First one I had 40g oats with sweetened quark and strawberries. 2nd was 2 ryvita with lemon curd and Philadelphia. Delicious both times.

I like the peach and passionfruit light and free.

I forgot to have my HexB today so just ate 2 slices of toast with pesto, chicken and tomato. 3 syns of pure bliss.

Groovee · 07/06/2017 22:13

I love the Blueberry light and free

OwlinaTree · 07/06/2017 22:33

Thanks guys. Blueberry and strawberry it is!

LavenderRainbows · 07/06/2017 22:37

Anyone tried the new limited edition Mint Muller? I sometimes have a yogurt with fresh fruit and Thought this new minty one might be like an after eight mint 《hopeful》
But No! It was gross! Envy
Will stick to my natural Greek with teaspoon of honeySmile

Groovee · 08/06/2017 07:39

@JaceLancs is it possible to get some speed food to snack on but still have your treats?

JaceLancs · 08/06/2017 08:08

I have been buying lots of fruit in local markets n am trying salads with cold meats at lunchtimes it's just everything else!
My self control was left at the airport!

latedecember1963 · 08/06/2017 08:35

Elm, you look great, a picture of health. I've done Weight Watchers in the past where the emphasis seems to be more on achieving thinness whereas SW does seem to be more about being a healthy weight.
I bottled out of weighing in last night. My scales in the morning seemed to show a STS so I decided to keep this week as a holiday week as planned.
I'm glad it's not just me that isn't impressed with the lemon flavour light &free yoghurt. Lacklustre is a good description, Lemony. I like the blueberry flavour best.
It's throwing it down here so I'm going to head to the Trafford Centre to do some holiday shopping. If I walk the length of both floors, avoid escalators and carry heavy bags perhaps I can count it as body magic 😁

MinniesAndMickeysNeedCounting · 08/06/2017 10:05

Just weighed in, lost 2lb this week.

Very happy with that, my usual pattern is to have a bad second week what ever plan I do.

Wh0Kn0wsWhereTheTimeGoes · 08/06/2017 10:08

I've bitten the bullet and joined a group this morning. I joined online last Oct (and posted in these threads quite a bit) but was unimpressed with the online offering and didn't renew. I did lose about 1.5 stones. However I have drifted back into bad habits and am up 3lb again so I decided enough is enough and went to group this morning. Will see how I get on this time. I've kept a record of weigh-ins at home on Fitbit since Oct so I am going to carry on with those as well.

Lunch is my biggest problem. I just LOVE sandwiches and crisps.

Groovee · 08/06/2017 10:10

Good luck Wh0

shamoffour · 08/06/2017 10:42

I've lost all but a pound of my holiday gain so I'm really pleased!
I stick to Natural Greek yogurt now I love it.
December you must live near me. I live in very near the Trafford centre and it definitely counts as body magicGrin

ALemonyPea · 08/06/2017 11:00

Well done losers.

Clothes shopping definely counts as body magic. It's the best kind.
