Silly question - can you just try different groups each week until you find one with like minded people ? I'm looking at groups 30-45 mins away so don't want to commit to a group I'm going to struggle to attend.

And is there any average length of meeting ? Ideally I need one after 7:30-8:00 but they all appear earlier than that. I have 45 mins lunch break but if I've got to drive 15 mins to get to a mtg it's going to have to be short !

ooo iv been hoping for a slimmers thread! iv been on and off since having my 3rd and final baby last year! lost 2 stone! still need to loose half a stone, weigh in tomorrow morning! iv been so good these last few weeks.

Yesterday wasn't really on plan as such as I'm trying to use up stuff this week and haven't got much in. But it wasn't bad, no snacking and still had speed etc.

Going shopping tonight as I need some beachwear for my holiday. Might see if I can get a few other bits too. Looking forward to it!

Minnie, I think everyone felt anxious their first weigh in as it's like the first test to see if it's worked. I'm anxious every weigh in though 😁

Lost 4.5lb and bought a 12 week pass.

3.5lbs off for me this morning. 4 stone 13.5lbs gone. Hopefully get 1/2lb off next week for my 5 stone award!! Well done Minnie!

Just had a row with DH. I want chocolate!!!!! Now he has buggered off back to work and I was supposed to be having a relaxing afternoon, but I am so wound up!

Did, you can visit other groups each week as all the info is central, and once you decide on one you can transfer across from your original one permanently. Good luck finding one.

About 4 people at work commented on my weight loss today. They can't believe I've lost nearly 5 stone (neither can I! !) They asked if I had a before photo? I told them you've worked with me long enough! You've seen more of the 'before' me than I have they were very sweet.

Wet and miserable here today. Watching my friends DC and was hoping to be able to take them to the park. Going to have to try my hardest not to eat out of stress and boredom.

Away for three days, out to the backend of nowhere, with limited choices.. I shall do my best, and for once I flipping mean it! I ate slightly too much of my (on plan) chinese takeaway and felt bloated and sore and jsut horrible so it's right put me off any blow outs this weekend! Steak, grilled fish and salad all the way and all the winez

Having a panic about swim suits or tankinis for my holiday. With a G cup I never find thing easily or cheaply.
