Welcome twist I agree, look at your loss in groups of 7lbs. I was almost 19 stone in October. I'm now under 14 stone.

I've been away for the weekend, also our wedding anniversary. We've had some lovely meals and breakfasts and a cream teaBlush
tomorrow I shall eat melon all day Grin

FruitTwist2017 · 03/07/2017 16:00

Thank you! That's an amazing loss, well done. I hope I'll get there one day Smile

LavenderRainbows · 03/07/2017 16:18

If I can do it you can!! I've yo-yo'd do many times over the years with random diets.
This SW seems to work and I've found it relatively easy to stay in plan.

ALemonyPea · 03/07/2017 17:32

I've lost just over 7 stone in 14 months and got my target last month. Toying with another 7lb, but will wait til after summer hols and go for it for Christmas then put it back on over the festive period

I have decided to have one speed free meal a week, tonight I had burger chips and beans (all free foods though) and bloody enjoyed it. Might have an orange later to balance things out.

Thanks for your lovely encouraging!

Welcome Fruit.

That graph looks really good Lemony. So well done you!!!!!! I agree about the sticking to it. I have far more "bumps" on my graph, but I do really feel that even when I have had a gain, or sts for a while I am happy eating as I eat now, so I am happy to carry on, even if it is now the pace of a geriatric snail! Grin WI tomorrow and if I manage anything less than a 1.5 gain for this week will be a bonus. If I go up the 1.5 I go back into the stone above again and I really dont want to be there. Another one on the melon tomorrow, I think!!!

BasinHaircut · 03/07/2017 19:41

So I've weighed in and I've gained 4.5lbs! Same weight as I weighed at home though so I'm pleased it wasn't a shock.

My total loss is under a stone now though so I need to get my backside in gear this week and stick to it.

Dinner is prepared for when I get home. Baked salmon and veg with sweet potato and feta mash.

Lunch for tomorrow also prepped, leftover veg, rice and veg curry (mayflower so 4 syns).

It's nearly lunchtime here (I'm in the US) and PA's duck and mushroom pie and Basin's melt in the middle fishcake are making me really hungry!

Groovee · 03/07/2017 19:58

Welcome Fruit.

Am in bed early due to a hideous headache 😢

Trills · 03/07/2017 20:08

I am not joining til after my holiday but I'm already thinking about things

Tonight's dinner will be noodle soup with
knorr stock pot (the gel kind)
half a nest of noodles
prawns
bamboo shoots
spinach
chilli
ginger

ALemonyPea · 03/07/2017 21:11

That sounds lovely Trills, might have to try it.

It was very nice. + soy sauce

MiniCooperLover · 03/07/2017 21:52

Today was

BF: Overnight oats (Healthy B) with a little honey and a banana
L: Onion, sweetcorn & Parma ham omelette with a big side salad of leaves, tomatoes, pickled beetroot and sweetcorn
D: Grilled chicken, half a packet of Uncle Ben's Mexican rice and again a large side salad.

Snacks were an apple, Diet Coke, some ham & dairylea light and a few cups of tea (using my Healthy A).

BasinHaircut · 04/07/2017 08:31

Right, on it 100% today. Sat through the new members talk last to hopefully reset my brain.

Also starting a 6 week kickstart fitness thing tonight. LETS DO THIS!

Groovester · 04/07/2017 10:06

Morning All, welcome newbies, well done losers. I've been strictly back on plan since Sunday but scales are telling me I've put on HALF A STONE Shock That's what I get for eating like a pig last week. I will yoyo as on plan til Thursday morning but then I have a long weekend away with the husband (and NO kids Grin) so fully intend to put on again. I am dealing with it better mentally though. Accepting that it's life and I'm not in a race.

Groovester · 04/07/2017 10:06

Will be interesting to see what the SW scales say on Thursday morning..,

FruitTwist2017 · 04/07/2017 12:18

That's an amazing loss - you did it so quickly too!

Is it possible to eat too little? I've never eaten very big portions in my life. On a bad day it would have been:
A pot of ice cream (yes, I know that's big but it's a liquid!) for breakfast and lunch.
A sandwich and crisps for dinner.
A scone for pudding.
In my opinion, it never felt like much food but it was all just shit food.

Yesterday I had some blackberries, a plum, 2 of those hi fi bars, some tuna pasta for dinner (with some sweet corn) and a yogurt. Is that okay? I was honestly so full!

Greenteandchives · 04/07/2017 13:22

I am so pleased with myself. I have weighed in this morning and lost a pound and a half. This is after a two week cruise. I tried very hard to make sensible choices on the buffet, and choose lower fat evening meals. I had very little bread, cheese and desserts. ( Did drink wine though). 10 lb gone now, and wearing clothes I didn't think I would get on again, but kept anyway. Smile

Wh0Kn0wsWhereTheTimeGoes · 04/07/2017 14:10

I'm feeling a little nervous this week, I normally go to a Thurs morning class, but I have to start work early this week so I am going Wed evening instead. If I ever weigh myself at home in the evening I am normally much heavier than in the morning. This isn't going to be good I don't think. Not helped by pigging out a bit at a party at the weekend Blush.

YoureMyWifeNowDave · 04/07/2017 15:49

Last weigh in before my holiday and I've lost 2 lbs, pleased with that as it put me almost at the bottom of my target range so I have a little leeway whilst on holiday all inclusive so I will need all the help I can get Grin

Also got my 2 1/2 stone award which was a surprise as I didn't realise you could get awards whilst a target member

FoofFighter · 04/07/2017 16:18

Whoknows, is there a morning group you can get to instead? Even if it's a day or two later it'll be more accurate than swapping to an evening session. I know I can fluctuate 7lbs in a day Shock

FoofFighter · 04/07/2017 16:19

Dave, well done! I hadn't thought about it but I guess if you're still in your target zone then you would yes. Maybe your target weight needs lowering?

Wh0Kn0wsWhereTheTimeGoes · 04/07/2017 17:23

Foof - irritatingly there isn't another group within 10 miles of me. The only possibility is one close to where I work which is on Friday morning but Friday's my day off and it seems silly to traipse all the way there (hour round trip) just to weigh in. So tomorrow night it is. Will hopefully make for a decent loss next week!

Boatsnack · 04/07/2017 17:39

Well by some miracle I have lost 5.5lbs over the last 2 weeks. Who knew a diet of prosecco and crisps worked so well.

Well done green and dave 👏👏

I took dd to Ikea for lunch after weigh in and had quark mousse with lingonberry jam for dessert it was really nice. No idea of the syn value though hopefully quite low.

FoofFighter · 04/07/2017 18:02

that looks delicious :)

Whoknows, just remember if it's not as you'd like that it's not accurate :)

NachoAddict · 04/07/2017 20:11

Well done to all the losers!

I lost another little 1lb but it's off so that's something.

Made crab linguine foe dinner tonight, none of us like crab... Well the dog and the cat were pleased but the humans didn't eat it. So I had cheese, bacon (with fat) and an egg on buttered toast 🙈 oh and a kit kat! Weigh in night doesn't count though does it?
