We are all hiding in here, away from the hot cross buns and Easter eggs.

Welcome all, old and new.

Seeing as we are sharing photos, will put this up for the next 24 hours. This is what almost 7 stone loss looks like.

Wow lemony that's amazing! & nice top owlina size 10, fab!! StarStar

I'm too scared to post before and after photos but I found one of me on holiday last year and omg I can see a difference!

Last nights meal was a bit of a binge fest Blush it was a big buffet with a chocolate fountain and all sorts! It was rude not toGrin

BasinHaircut · 20/05/2017 21:43

All looking good ladies!

I'm just settling down to a bowl of Rice Krispies for dinner as DS has only just gone to bed.

ALemonyPea · 20/05/2017 21:49

Well done on the size 10 Owl!

OwlinaTree · 20/05/2017 21:50

You look fab lemony!

Groovee · 20/05/2017 22:14

Fab photos ladies.

I bought some vest tops in a size 12 from asda and they are huge. Will need to return and try on a 10!

LavenderRainbows · 20/05/2017 22:44

Oh to be a size 10! 😏 I've lost 4.10 stone and I'm still a size 14/16Blush can't imagine I will ever be a 10

OwlinaTree · 20/05/2017 23:07

Lol I would love to say I was, most of my tops and dresses are size 12, will be a while till I would really say I was a 10.

ALemonyPea · 20/05/2017 23:10

Clothes sizing varies so much though doesn't it. I have stuff in 10/12/14 that fit, some too big, some just fits. It's annoying!

OP posts:
OwlinaTree · 21/05/2017 08:06

Lol that's very true, especially in h and m for me!

Groovee · 21/05/2017 09:17

I was an 18/20 in January. I thought I would be in 14's for my holiday. I'm actually heavier than I was in 2005 at this point in my journey x

Nunyabusiness · 21/05/2017 09:27

Oh ladies, I need help.

I don't think I can go on.

This 'dieting' malarkey is just TOO TOUGH...

Stay strong Nunya, stay strong

H&M is ridiculous sizing. I've stopped shopping there because nothing fits right.

OwlinaTree · 21/05/2017 12:01

I literally own clothes from size 6 to 16 from H and M! Couldn't get in the (not really) 6s now though. That was pre dc!

Groovee · 21/05/2017 12:41

My Dd is a 6 and hates H&M sizing.

shamoffour · 21/05/2017 15:57

H and m is ridiculous. I had a bit of an off plan day yesterday but didn't go too crazy but did have chips, peas and gravy with a barm for teaBlush
I'm back on it today though.

Poppet14 · 21/05/2017 17:11

Wow lemonypea you look amazing!

I had another 2.5lbs off on Saturday so thats 4.5lbs in total, wish I could speed things up but a loss is a loss.

Im going to Frankie & Bennies on Wednesday, any ladies know what will be best to order syn wise?

Groovee · 21/05/2017 18:04

Went to my godson's birthday party and ate a banana.

Boatsnack · 21/05/2017 18:36

Well today this is my mantra just because you ran 5km doesn't give you free reign on the fridge. I sts but tbh it should've been a lot worse given the wine, bread and cheese I consumed last week.

You all look fab, hopefully in a few months I can post my own before/after

Lovely to see photos of your successes. I will post mine next weekend. I have got my niece's wedding and hope to have a nice photo of me in the third dress that I have bought for it! Quite excited as I feel good in the dress and feel that I look the best I have looked for ages.

Well done groovee on eating a banana!!!! That's immense will power.

I have been emotional eating this weekend. I am stressed to the max. It's my mum's birthday today and we went to the nursing home to see her. Facebook has reminded me too much today that this time last year and 2 years ago she was so much better than she is now. She is just a shell of herself now. it is so sad! She has Alzheimers and is end stage. I feel as if I "lost" her years ago, but her body is still there, so I then feel guilty "grieving" when she is still sat there.

I had wanted to get my 5 stone award by the middle of June - that would be my 1 year since walking through the SW door for the 1st time. Not as fast as some of you here, but a steady loss and I am happy with where it's heading. I only have 5.5lb to lose in 4 weeks, so it might be do-able if I don't give in to this emotional eating.

Groovee · 21/05/2017 21:03

I returned those size 12 tops that were too big and ended up with size 8!

I ignored all the cakes today. I have been so strong. Had some quark for the sweetness.

Groovee · 21/05/2017 21:03

Good luck PA, back to basics and you can do it x

ALemonyPea · 21/05/2017 21:05

💐PA. Such a hard time, you're entitled to have whatever makes you feel good. Back on it tomorrow though.

Awesome Groovee!

Evening All,
I've not been on for a few days but some fab photos and nsv going on.
I've been abysmal this week. Weighed in on Thursday morning and then have eaten everything in my path until late last night. Just wasn't feeling SW.
Went shopping yesterday and bought myself some new clothes in a 14 as a bit of a bribe to myself thinking that it would inspire me to keep going and get into them (For reference, I was bursting out of size 22s pre SW!) They only bloody fit me. Also bought new underwear. Bra size seems to have gone from a 42DD to a 38C...
Anyway, my NSV reminded me of how far I've come and as a result I'm strictly back on plan today. No syns until after weigh in on Thursday in a bid to minimise damage!
B - Fruit and yoghurt
L - Lentil soup
D - Cottage pie and broccoli

Hex b - 2 benefit bars
Snacks - fruit and a yoghurt

I WILL get to a 5 stone loss in the next few weeks!!

emwithme · 22/05/2017 09:19

Still here.
Still plodding.
