Morning everyone. Owl, I hope your son continues to recover well. Groovester, your pic is fab, love the colour of your dress! Em, commiserations with your near miss, good luck with your re-sit this week. I've STS this week which I'm ok with. I'm a stone lighter than I was 12 weeks ago and I'm hoping to lose another 1/2 stone before we go on holiday so I'm aiming to be really focussed this week.

Sorry about your results Em, good luck with your resit.

Wet and miserable day here today, makes me want to eat stodge. Took SIL food shopping today, and there was a Cadbury chocolate and cream cake on offer for £2. It was in and out the trolley twice. Didn't buy it, even though I knew the DC would eat it, as I'd have licked the knife and had a smidge just to make sure it was edible. Not today Cadbury, nice try.

It quiet on here today! After a diabolical weekend I've had a super good day today desperately trying to claw it back!

B- coffee
L- chicken and veg soup
S- chicken and veg soup
D- prawn stirfry with naked noodles
S-ff Greek yogurt, yogurt, raspberries, mango and flaked almonds(2)

Stirfry was really good, did it with garlic,chilli,ginger and soy sauce

Right, that's it, I've weighed in and I'm now 6lbs off target (I did get as low as 1.5lbs from target at one point!). I'm officially back on plan.

5 weeks till holiday and want to be at or just below target by then. I've got no big events standing in my way between now and then, and a friend came along and joined to ight too so I think that will spur me on. I'm back at my original group weighing in on Mondays and I think that will help too.

Dinner tonight was pulled pork, potato, carrot and swede mash, mangetout and coleslaw.

It's frozen stuff! Aunt Bessie's carrot and swede mash (half a syn for 100g) and 100g of Tesco frozen mash (which I need to work out syns for as I'm not totally sure), just mixed together. It's delicious.

Monday weigh-in and I was 1.5lbs down this morning (for two weeks loss). Not a huge amount but I was happy enough, as it had been a busy couple of weeks and I haven't been able to be as organised around food as I'd have liked.

The group are very nice and I left pretty determined. But I know that this feeling usually lasts until about Wednesday lunchtime Wink

This week I'll keep checking in and try to keep it going for a wee bit longer.

3lb off for me this week.... I cut the carbs back and the week was a bit grim but it obviously worked.

I've had a look at the 5:2/SW technique and I'm going to give that a go as 5:2 has worked very well for me in the past. I'm wondering whether I "accidentally" did it last week anyway as I had a couple of days where I was so busy I only had one small meal in the evening.

Weigh in for me tonight, been doing the 777 challenge so hoping for great things. Feel like I've lost. Tried to put my pre pregnancy favourite flared jeans on yesterday and they were about an inch from doing up! I never thought I'd get them on again, now it feels like there's a chance. You'll recognise me out and about as the only woman wearing flares in a sea of Skinny jeans!!

owl flares are back in again. I prefer them they hide my big feet.

I have lost 3lb this week which is good cause I was out all weekend. I've emailed a local consultant about switching to group cause the online only is rubbish.

Well done to @Boatsnack and @YoureMyWifeNowDave great losses

Took DS to the orthodontist, then walked to the bus stop to get a bus to the car place. Had to wait 45 mins on a car. Got a fiesta. It feels so low down compared to my car. Just waiting on the garage collecting my car now.

Then I have weigh in. Then Burlesque.

Things have moved slightly. Will see how it's affected me tonight x

Owl, last time I wore jeans, boot cut jeans were in, so it's weird being in skinny jeans. Never thought I'd be wearing jeans again. Well done getting in to yours.

Feeling positive about this week. It's DS1s birthday, and there will be pizza and cake, but I will make my win pizza and avoid the cake (I hope)

Well, I sts. I'm totally gutted tbh. I've really stuck to it this week, was on plan last week too and really was expecting a good loss this week, not a blooming sts!

Not staying to group, I think I might cry if she starts asking me questions about why do I think I haven't lost anything! I don't know! I did that 777 challenge too so I was hoping for a good loss.

It's going to be a long week now till next weigh in. Sad

I seem to have found my mojo again it's either that or the fear of the swimwear I will be wearing next week! (Hopefully as long as no one gets chicken pox)

owl it might show up next week?? If you've tried something different then I think that's quite possible.

A weird first day back on plan for me. Went to the zoo today and so didn't really eat much. Had weetabix and milk for breakfast, then banana and apple whilst I was out, then had 3 scrambled eggs when I got home to tide me over till dinner.

Dinner is going to be Chilli with lots of added speed, potato wedges, broccoli. Think I'm going to do some quark with garlic for a sour cream substitute and some grated cheese. Will post a pic when it's done. I'm starving!

Got a funeral tomorrow so not sure how that's going to work out. Will have to eat something.
