I have put on a stone since Christmas and need to start to make an effort to get rid of it before we get to warmer weather.

I'm going to post here as if I were at group, so if anyone wants to join in, that would be great Smile I have weighed myself this morning and will post regular hopefully minus figures each week. Feel free to share your figures, or not.

If nobody responds, then I guess I am talking to myself, but still...

Good luck groovee

Groovee · 25/04/2017 17:58

2.5lb off and 2st award 🎉🎉

iklboo · 25/04/2017 18:03

Mrs Wembley - they're really nice.

recipee*

I doubled the amounts & shared the mixture between six muffin moulds. I use Sainsburys Normandy Fat Free Fromage Frais or 0% Fage Greek instead of Muller yoghurts.

As it is the doubled up mixture is 2 syns for 6 muffins. So 1/3 syn per muffin.

Well done Groovee

Thanks everyone. So delighted.

LancashireTea · 27/04/2017 19:05

well done everyone.
I had group last night. 1.5lbs off so back to my 2st. I'm pleased with that as i hadn't been good last Thursday or Friday at all.

Groovee · 28/04/2017 09:58

Well done @LancashireTea x

MrsWembley · 28/04/2017 19:29

Excellent, Lancashire!

I may not have done so well this week. We're camping again and I was hoping to cancel out my 'relaxed' attitude towards food and drink by a proper attitude during this last week. However, moving house kind of ruins any good plans...

Haven't weighed in this week - partly due to having been camping last weekend and partly due to not being able to find the scales...

OP posts:
TheShapeofYou · 03/05/2017 14:39

Congrats on moving house MrsW! Am sure you'll uncover the scales soon enough.

I wobbled back to group on Monday to discover I've gained 5.5lbs in 6 weeks Sad So back on it now. Had the cheats homemade tomato soup for lunch, with fresh basil added. Was yummy. Roast chicken dinner tonight so will syn some gravy and go easy on the roasties (I'll use spray oil, but still). Need to lose 2.5lbs this week or I'll have to pay on Monday Shock

Groovee · 03/05/2017 14:48

I lost 1.5lb this week. Just home from the clinic where they said I had to lose weight and they have put me on the list for ablation.

MrsWembley · 03/05/2017 22:37

Ooh, Groovee, I just googled ablation! Are you not quite okay?Shock

Anything had to be better than pour with blood at least 10 days a month. Then they put me on the mini pill and I've had a period since January! Had enough.

Groovee · 03/05/2017 22:41

Oh it's not a heart one. It's one to stop my periods!

LancashireTea · 10/05/2017 21:06

Back on track with a whopping 3.5lb loss this week. I'm proud of myself for once.

MrsWembley · 10/05/2017 22:42

Groovee, glad to hear it!

Lancashire, well done!!

Still haven't found the scales...

Rainbow1987 · 14/05/2017 16:49

Hi everyone hope you don't mind me joining in!
I've got 3stone 11lb to lose, but can't join a group as husband works away a lot and I can't take the kids with me, so am going to follow from home.
Hope this is ok.

Groovee · 14/05/2017 22:37

Welcome @Rainbow1987 x

MrsWembley · 15/05/2017 09:24

Hello RainbowSmile

I still can't find the scales, but my trousers feel just fine.

Went walking this weekend, 18 miles up and down the North Devon/Cornwall coast path. My walking app told me I'd burnt off an awful lot of calories and so I made up for it with a full English both days...

Salad for tea!

MrsWembley · 18/05/2017 20:48

Found my scales!!

Apparently I haven't changed...
