I have put on a stone since Christmas and need to start to make an effort to get rid of it before we get to warmer weather.

I'm going to post here as if I were at group, so if anyone wants to join in, that would be great Smile I have weighed myself this morning and will post regular hopefully minus figures each week. Feel free to share your figures, or not.

If nobody responds, then I guess I am talking to myself, but still...

I'm going to buy a set of scales this weekend! I've been at this for nearly 3 weeks and I really feel the difference in my clothes (and the mirror!), so I want to properly check my progress.

@MapMyMum it's a bit late now, but I would probably have bolognese!

HeyToTheHo · 31/03/2017 21:10

My dinner - steamed salmon, SW chips, plus shitload of salad.

Allowing myself a large glass of wine too

Morning!

Out tonight, so I need to be completely on plan for the rest of the day. We'll be at MiL's over lunch, scrubbing the folding camper (that's being stored there) prior to our first trip this Easter. Everyone else will be having take-away from the local chippy - but what shall I have? Hmm...

What did you have Mrs Wembley ?

I weighed myself today and I have lost approx 7-10 lbs in 3 weeks Smile

Sharkteeth · 02/04/2017 18:53

How was everyone's weekend? I've eaten so badly; grilled cheese and fries from five guys, about 15 million ciders, 2 slices of Voodoo Rays pizza at 4am and a tube of pringles.
I'm hoping all the walking around oxford street and dancing I did yesterday will cancel it all out!!!
Hope you all did better than me!

Groovee · 02/04/2017 19:08

I was good until 5.30pm. I had candy Floss ice cream

Bibs2014 · 02/04/2017 19:56

Been awful!!! Diet starts tomorrow Grin

HeyToTheHo · 02/04/2017 19:56

I've been on plan, but had a dairy milk ice cream lolly after a bike ride... can find a syn value for it so guesstimating 13 subs??

Not too bad as no other syns today

MrsWembley · 03/04/2017 08:23

Morning everyone!

Down 1lb! Less than I wanted, better than it might have been, considering the buffet food and the bottles of beer I was putting away Saturday night!Grin

Just goes to show, if you stick to plan most of the time, the occasional blow-out is okay. So, those of you who are feeling down about what has happened last week, don't stress and don't let it colour how you do things this week. Crack on and smile about life - it's a lovely day, it'll be a lovely week.Smile

Curbside, well done! I ended up having ham and salad. Looked a bit sad next to everyone else's cod and chips but I managed to only nick a handful Wink

Bibs2014 · 03/04/2017 09:43

Had shredded wheat and semi skimmed milk for breakfast - hex a and b. Lunch is chilli con carne and brown rice - loads of speed in the chilli! Onion, garlic, spinach, courgette, carrot, celery and tinned tomatoes! Fruit and yoghurt to snack on. Bolognese for dinner with a jacket spud and salad.

CurbsideProphet · 03/04/2017 20:15

Thank you Mrs Wembley ! Well done to you too!

I totally agree, start again every day Smile I feel so much more motivated with it being Spring - daylight in the evening means going to the gym is a lot less painful than those dark Winter days Grin

HeyToTheHo · 03/04/2017 21:29

Not a bad day

B - Overnight oats (hex b) and fruit for breakfast
L - Salad with salmon and prawns, then fruit salad
D - sw meatball jambalaya with salad, followed by cherry mullerlight
Snacks - maltesers bunny (8 syns), cooked chicken breast
Hex a - sk milk for coffee

Any ideas how many syns for two Sainsbury's Lincolnshire sausages?

MrsWembley · 04/04/2017 00:27

We need someone who's still going to group to tell you what it says on the app...Wink

OP posts:
Groovee · 04/04/2017 06:35

The taste the difference sausages are 3 syns each.

The butchers choice sausages are 4.5syns each.

HeyToTheHo · 04/04/2017 06:55

I caved and joined SW online last night 😂 Thanks for looking it up for me though

I found an old diary last night - entry on mon 18 March 2013 was weight 13st 7lb. At this time my youngest was 4 months old.

When I started SW 10 days ago I was 15st 6lb.

Jesus, I am almost 2 stone heavier than my post pregnancy weight!!! That has strengthened my resolve to stick to plan!

HeyToTheHo · 04/04/2017 06:56

Well that's not truss after losing 6lb in first week I am now just over 1 1/2 st above my post prey weight Wink
