Well done to everyone getting into smaller clothes lurking in your wardrobes. I've got loads of clothes in a variety of sizes that I'm looking forward to being able to fit into again. STS same again at WI this morning but I feel slimmer somehow.
DS2 18 today so we've had a b'day tea and a small glass of cava but have reminded myself it's his b'day, not mine so I've no excuse for eating rubbish!

Youre I will be so disappointed if I gain. I had one day off plan and even then I tried my best to make fairly sensible choices. Plus I'm on day 12 of having no biscuits, chocolate or cake!

My period wasn't due until Friday so I thought I may miss the bloating this week and next!

Ah well don't suppose it all matters in the end!

Oh no groovee! When I was pregnant I used to have to take spatone rather than ferrous sulphate- it can be a bit expensive but is a lot gentler!

I was on spa tone but as my levels dropped so badly on it, I have to take the tablets. I need to see my GP again as on the mini pill and been bleeding since the 11th of January and I think taking the tablets isn't working at the moment.

Hello everyone!
I'm currently on week 6 of my journey at SW and have lost 1 stone 7 and a half pounds, which I'm very happy about!!! I'm just flicking through my book and was wondering what interim target is? Is it something I choose myself or my group leader? Thanks girlies!

Welcome Becky and well done. An interim target is chosen by you. So say you decide you want to lose 1.5st at first then you can reset it. Speak to your consultant x

I lost 5lbs this week! Absolutely delighted to get my first 1/2 stone award.

I have now lost 27lbs in total - was counting calories before and it took me all last year to lose 20lbs. So I am delighted to moving in the right direction again. Especially since Ive been eating so well! Constantly felt derived counting cals so this is wonderful Smile

That's fantastic! Weighed in this morning rather than this evening. Lost 2lb which I was delighted with. We agreed that it may have been a 1lb loss had I weighed in the evening. I am still happy with that! Wedding and double birthday celebrations this weekend. I hope I can stay focused!

Afternoon all

Well done losers!

Had a pre wi wi this morning and look to have gained. Sigh. Will see properly tomorrow I suppose. I feel a bit slimmer so it could just be water retention from gin tea last night. Plus I had jeans and and a big belt on so could be that I suppose.

I am usually lighter if I go to the 11am wi than if I go at 9am! But I don't really eat breakfast so could be that I suppose.

Todays plan

B. Coffee
L. Sw quiche and salad. Yum.
T. Shepherds pie and veg.
B choice will probably be museli and fruit and yoghurt.

Just been for a long walk with dog and ds to tire DS out. Me and the dog are knackered and he is still bouncing around. Poor dog is on a diet too bless her. She is a whippet and supposed to be skin and bone. She has fat pads and everything. 3 years of following ds around and eating his leftovers has impacted on her waistline as much as mine.

She is not impressed. Sulks more than me that she can't have a biscuit first thing!

I continue to make terrible choices. A Burger King meal has very much taken my syns for the week to ridiculous proportions. Will hit the gym hard tomorrow and Thursday before weigh in and drink lots to try and take it back in a little. Meh.
Just come home to a lovely card from my SW group leader to congratulate me on biggest loser.
Have also just bought a brand new car so swings and roundabouts. If I gain this week I will get it off again next week. Trying not to go down guilt alley about one poor week in twenty!

Well done all the losers, some great losses. We have a new leader this week, and the class has been split into two sessions. I'm going to the earlier one, maybe I'll be lighter lol!

Obviously hoping for a loss, but realistically a sts will be ok. Fx.

I was also slimmer of the week 😂

I have my period and a viral things and want to eat crap. I've eaten 15 Pringles, 3 popadoms and Pom bears so I am on about 23 syns 😩 so my great after such a big loss today. But tomorrow is a new day and I will go easy on the syns to make up for today.

Hi all. I'm new to sw. Tried to do it on my own since November but haven't had much luck. Seem to start over every week. I'm good and on plan all week but it all goes to pot at the weekend. WI tomorrow morning and for the 1st time I was really good and on plan all weekend, but ended up having a last minute work lunch out today....with wine ... so now I'm dreading it. I made really good on plan choices at lunch but know the wine will cancel out all my good intentions. So inspired by all your loses but really don't know why I can't get motivated Confused

Back from my wi. Gained 1lb. Obviously disappointing but heigh ho. It was new scales and a new earlier class time so maybe that makes a difference? Who knows.

Hoping for a better week this week, but I've got several things in my way unfortunately this week. Wed lunch at a relatives, probably will be high syn stuff. Fri night I'm going for a Thai meal, anyone know what I could have that is low syn for a Thai?
