For those of us who don't eat foods containing gelatine, making Müller Light yoghurts unsuitable, I've discovered Danone Light And Free Greek Style Yoghurt. Just had a blueberry one and it was nice. Have checked on Syns Online and it's free. Comes in various flavours, all free as far as I could see.

Not had a bad day today. Had a few crabsticks and salad for a late lunch as I forgot about it. Then just had hm burgers, a handful of potato wedges and a fyckton of salad. A few syns in my coleslaw, salad cream and bbq sauce but probably about 8 tops. Was lovely and definitely worth it. HeB in my bun and HeA in coffee.

Evening all! So pleased with weigh in, I gained 1.5lbs over the past 2 weeks. If I listed out all of the things I have eaten you would be amazed at that gain. I was hoping for only 3 but mentally preparing for more.

So my overall loss is back down to 13.5lbs but I know I can get back to at least 1 stone for next week so it's all good.

Tomorrow will be tricky because I'm at a conference so lunch will probably be a write-off, but will take loads of fruit and just make the best of it.

Another SP day today though I haven't eaten much at all. Work was really busy and I ended up staying really late. Got home and had a load of jobs to do so didn't really think about food. I've had:
B - nothing (was in a rush and didn't have any time once at work)
L - ham salad with mayo (1)
D - paprika chicken with celeriac chips and lots of veg
S - none! For the first time in history!

Haven't had any HEs either which isn't great but I just couldn't fit them in (time-wise not hunger-wise Grin)

WI for me tomorrow too. Hoping for a loss, I've stuck to it well this week imo! I'd like to lose at least 2lb, one as the one I gained last week and another one to keep it company. More than 2 would be fab but I'm guessing not likely.

Well done basin that's not to be sniffed at - hope the scales are as kind to me on Thursday.

Feeling happy to be back on plan, normally once I spend more than a day off any healthy eating regime that's game over,and it drags in to weeks/months but this time I have my mojo and am happily climbing up on to the wagon.

B - fruit
L - left over sheep pie and veg
T - scrambled egg, tesco healthy living sausages (2 Syns for 2) hexb wholemeal bread, 2 Syns low fat spread, 1 syn brown sauce

Is the plan for today!

Well done Groovee and good luck to anyone weighing today.

I managed to stay entirely on plan and within my syns yesterday. I am hoping for the same today. One day at a time.

Today's plan:

B: Eggy muffins
L: Curried butternut squash soup, apple, pear, satsuma
D: Tuna steak (or swordfish if I can get it) with roasted mediterranean veg
HEA: Milk
HEB: Hifi bars

Plan today:
Breakfast: 2 x shredded wheat. 1 Activia yoghurt, watermelon, skimmed milk

Lunch: Salad, or sesame tofu noodles (depending on what I pick at lunch)

Dinner: omelette with veggies

Snacks: fruit

Hello Tuesday weigh-in folk!!

3lbs off today which takes me to 1st 8lbs so far - same again and more to goConfused - and just sat through the most excruciatingly dull SW group ever. My usual consultant was on holiday and her stand-in was soooo patronising! 'So Angela you've had a gain this week, tut tut, how did that happen, have you been a naughty girl?' Aaaaargh. Repeat X 20 with 'good girl' substituted for the losers.

And she didn't give me my sticker for reaching my Club 10 target and 1.5 stone off certificate.

Good luck everyone, onwards and downwards we go.

Now what can I have to eat? Grin

I gained 0.5lbs 😩

Admittedly, I was off plan on Saturday - had a huge KFC and then an Indian meal on Saturday night, with two glasses of cava. But every other day I have stuck to plan and been within syns.

So I am disappointed! I knew Saturday was bad but didn't think it would have such an impact. I thought I would still get a small loss.

Sad that sucks Harverina. 0.5 isn't much though, you can get back on it now...

-2.5lb for me! Shock Given it was a morning weigh in and I usually lose at night but as long as I maintain next week I'll be happy. That got me my 2 1/2 stone award! I've lost the same amount as DD (3yo) weighs and she feels really heavy when I pick her up!!

I give up! Half a lb on, despite 5 days SP. What the hell do I have to do to lose weight? 😭😭😭pissing me off now, I am at a total loss and have done nothing but eat since I came in.

Ah lemony. That sucks. I do think you should be kind to yourself tho. You are only a couple of weeks post op, your hormones will be all over the place and you aren't moving around as much.

My wi tomorrow. Think I will be a sts or a small gain too looking at my scales this morning. Sigh.

I seem to have 3 weeks of nothing then a week where I lose a couple of lbs then nothing for another 3 weeks.

Anyway. Will keep trudging on as over a month to month basis I am losing it's just very fucking slow.

Todays plan

B. Coffee
L. Huge salad with crabsticks and anchovies.
T. Lamb hotpot with a fuckton of veg.

Hifis or museli for B choice. Possibly a g and t later.
