Pat away em, and happy birthday!

Have a word with your consultant too about SW in pregnancy. I don't see any reason for you to change what you are doing just yet, especially as you are maintaining not trying to lose weight, but at some stage you will want to start having your extra HEx's and you need to make peace with the fact that you will gain some weight back. But the difference is that you know you can sort that afterwards and it will TOTALLY be worth it anyway.

Groovee · 14/02/2017 11:18

Just did my measurements! 2 inches off under my boobs! 2 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips! Just weigh in to go! 2.5lb would give me my stone award but a loss is a loss!

KnobJockey · 14/02/2017 13:42

Wow Grovee!

I'm hoping for a loss today too, not sure if I'll get one.
I had a SP day last week, and I ate very well until Saturday, only 2syns on Friday and 2 Saturday. Yesterday my DD was 13, so we had family round for pizza. I attempted a SP day, had my 2 heB s as a pizza base, and filled it with Veg. Spent my Syns on s tiny sliver of Birthday cake and mozzarella for the pizza, and licked the spoon after baking a cake. Then yesterday I ate normally all day, but then spent Friday, Saturday's and probably yesterday's syns on a slice of cake with white chocolate icing, and a cookie. So although I have probably stayed within syns, or only slightly over, I have a feeling that is all going to haunt me tonight 😭

So, short version of that is
owlina - 2lb(I hope!)
maythebe +/- 2lb
YoureMyWife +1 (hopefully not more than that!)
ALemonyPea -1 please, I'll cry if I don't at least lose that
KnobJockey -1.5lb
But could also be nothing!

muminthecity · 14/02/2017 13:44

I'm weighing in tonight too. Praying for 2lb but realistically I can't expect more than 1.

owlina - 2lb(I hope!)
maythebe +/- 2lb
YoureMyWife +1 (hopefully not more than that!)
ALemonyPea -1 please
Muminthecity - 1 (but optimistically hoping for 2)

muminthecity · 14/02/2017 13:44

Oops x posted!

Groovee · 14/02/2017 13:51

Owlina: 2lb (I hope)

Groovee: -1lb but hoping for a miracle of 2.5lb

ALemonyPea · 14/02/2017 14:33

A pound ON. I am totally frustrated now. So having a day off plan, I really don't care any more.

OP posts:
Groovee · 14/02/2017 14:42

Oh Lemony, not sure what to suggest for you as you really are sticking to plan x

Frouby · 14/02/2017 15:19

Ahh lemony hugs. So frustrating for you. When's the op? Have what you want until after then reassess.

Finished jet washing the decking. It's looking better with green instead of black slime now. Going to let it dry and see what it looks like. Needs doing with decking cleaner next and then treating but it needs to be a bit warmer and sunnier I think. But it's not slippery anymore so ds can play out when it's not raining.

Todays plan

B. Coffee. Lots of coffee
L. Chicken salad with loads of pickles
T. Spag bol with a side of broccoli. Hifi for b choices

Owlina: 2lb (I hope)
Maythebe: +/- 2lb

00100001 · 14/02/2017 16:41

Alemony - could it be period?

ALemonyPea · 14/02/2017 16:49

Possibly Binary. I've had a period every two week since October, used to be a three month period every 12/18 months, so it's doing my nut in. Having a hysterectomy on Friday, so hoping it'll all be sorted and I can stop bloody moaning about this diet and get back to losing weight.

OP posts:
LavenderRains · 14/02/2017 16:58

Ow lemony that sucks. I feel for you. I've said before what an inspiration you have been so I won't go onGrin
just had a thought, surely removing your womb will mean you will lose weight?? It's got to weigh a few lbs surely! .....Every cloud and all that.......WinkFlowers

ClashCityRocker · 14/02/2017 17:03

Hormones can play buggery with weight loss. I have PCOS and before I got it under control I really struggled with it. So dispiriting. I hope your op sorts it.

I'm not convinced I want to win SOTW as our baskets are a bit pants! The community centre is next to a small convenience store that has a very limited selection of vegetables so everyone nips in there prior to the group. Last weeks basket consisted of three stew packs going out of date the next day, two tins of mushy peas, various mug shots, a can of Diet Coke and four bags of carrots. Mind you, the consultant gave us a bit of a bollocking last week about the lack lustre state of it, so maybe it'll perk up. I tend to put fruit teas in.

Wi tomorrow, would love a 2lb loss to get me my stone award but will be happy to stay the same - not a great weekend and I'm going to be having a bottle of wine tonight.

LavenderRains · 14/02/2017 17:22

clash one of the weeks I won sow the basket was empty! The consultant just said 'oh sorry nothing in there today' Grin but like yours it's usually full of miserable veg and mugshots!

WaitrosePigeon · 14/02/2017 17:27

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your help yesterday. Done the plan 100% today and actually was surprised and the food I could eat. Sorry for whinging yesterday Blush

I'm having roast chicken and vegetables for dinner and I'm really excited Grin

Groovee · 14/02/2017 17:52

Lost 1.5lb this week. That's 13lb in 6 weeks. On week 5 of my period too 😢

00100001 · 14/02/2017 18:10

Our baskets are OK. I put a pear, an apple and 2 Alpen Lights in.

00100001 · 14/02/2017 18:11

13lbs in 6 weeks is GREAT!!

Groovee · 14/02/2017 18:20

Hoping for my stone next week.

I put 4 yoghurts in that were cherry flavour that I bought by mistake 😳

ALemonyPea · 14/02/2017 18:26

I have PCOS as well clash, and I'm wondering if it's playing up. I was on metformin years ago and it helped, so thinking I'll go back to GP and get it again if after my op my weight doesn't budge. A womb weighs around 7lb right?

I'm definitely taking the time off before my op, I can't be doing with all the stress of it all. Not going to go too crazy, but will have guilt free food.

I need to remember I've lost 6 stone, it was hard getting there and never in a million years would I have thought t was possible this time last year after another dialled attempt at weight watchers. I won't give up just yet.
