Well done losers.

Ilove, I had loads to lose, and lost over 3 stone before people noticed. It will come, no hurry, as long as it's going down.

Em, you can do it, you're at goal. You're also newly pregnant, so I Dan completely understand why you can't seem to step on plan. You'll get there, you'll find a happy medium, just enjoy your pregnancy, that's the main thing. How Is the morning sickness and tiredness?

I too seem to have lost track abit this week. Week 7 here and it just seems like such a long haul and I've ended up in a rut with meals will try harder after weigh in tomorrow and fond some different recipes. Having a tough time at work which isn't helping.

Hi everyone, have enjoyed sneakily reading this thread all week. DH hasn't twigged I've joined SW although I think DS2 has his suspicions. 1st proper weigh in and I've lost 5.5 lbs so operation holiday has got off to a good start. Back in work tomorrow so going to make a mega batch of pasta salad today to have as lunches. Hope everyone has a good week!

On track for at least a 1.5lb gain I reckon... not good but not unexpected either- will know at 5pm! I'm going to do some exercises and clean the house from top to bottom that might shift a sneaky half pound (she hopes)

I've got to be right on plan today after yesterday's binge fest
so B;tomato and mushroom omelette
D; melon,satsuma,banana and yogurt
T; same as breakfast!
At work so having a ham sandwich at break time (hexB) (hexA cheese on omelette)
Planning no syns today.

How many syns are pancakes?? I need a pancake tomorrow or 5 Grin

I made oaty pancakes from Pinch of Nom last week. They used my HEB, then used a teaspoon of choc shot.

They look delicious groovee no idea about the pancakes though... I was planning to syn the flour 25g is 5?) and then just use lemon juice and sweetener - would that be a tweak

Hi guys,
Just joined, I'm a dad a 3 that started his SW journey in Sept last year, I am being lucky in some way that I have lost an amazing amount of weight since I've joined, if all goes well at tonight's WI I should get my 8 stones award. For me sticking to plan and massively increasing my body magic has work wondered, considering I was doing no exercise before I joined I now play footy twice a week, run at least 5K 3 times a week and also have 1 hour kickboxing an hour a week has helped tremendously, I'm here to help should you need any help...

The oaty ones seem to be ok and not a tweak but the banana and egg ones would be synned.

Contemplating joining the gym here. I seem to have really plateaud since Christmas. 1 good loss in jan and it's either been half on/half off or a sts since. Don't know what's happening.

Todays plan

B. Coffee
L. Scrambled eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes.
T. Steak, veg and potatoes. Few syns in pepper sauce.

Hea in coffee. Heb will be either museli, toast or hifis.

I love pancakes, going to maybe make some syn free ones if I can remember the bloody recipe. I don't ant to makemones with yoghurt in, mainly because I don't have any in. Might just make baked oats instead.

Hello, can i join? Dh and i are rejoining SW tonight after a 9 month break post our wedding. I didnt manage too well last time, only losing a stone out of 3 but my DH lost 6 stone and has kept it off so the plan and balanced eating lessons it teaches obviously works. Ive put it all back on so have 3stone to lose.

geeky I'm secretly quite glad that dh doesn't need to lose the weight - I'm sure he'd do it much quicker than me. Good luck this time round though.

Good day so far, feeling quite motivated with it this week - which makes a change from the usual Monday after the weekend before feeling! I hope it bloody reflects on the scales this week.

Half a pound off so I'm well chuffed! Was so nervous of gaining after my stone award and the Chinese buffet yesterday.

15lb off in 7 weeks. 7lbs to go!

@DogBill 8 stone off since September is amazing - are you near/at target now? Well done.

I'm ignoring pancake day tomorrow, I'm not a great fan of pancakes anyway and as I have no excuse (my DCs are all grown and have fled the nest) I shall stick to plan.

Weigh in tomorrow, and I'm hoping for at least half a pound off, anything more will be delightful, and if I've maintained, that, too, will be okay. But if I have gained I will be despondent because I've eaten really healthily, cut down on carbs, cycled to work and back (not when Storm Doris was battering us though, that would have been suicidal!) and done lots of walking.

@ALemonyPea I can't believe you lost nearly 3 stone before anyone noticed! I am secretly miffed that so far, only one person has commented on my weight-loss, and that was at work. And I have dropped a whole dress size and taken 3 bags of tunic tops to the charity shop.Grin I have a pair of size 12 jeans hanging up in my bedroom, and they look ridiculously tiny, but I will get there.

I'm very impatient to be the weight I want to be, but I have to keep reminding myself that I didn't gain 5 stone in a couple of months.

So I've been mostly good today and yesterday, really trying to claw back after a couple of bad days, then just had a text from my ex (not nasty just out of the blue) and all I want to do is go home and eat my extremely heavy weight in chocolate.
