Newbie - starting tomorrow

Try and drink lots of water and see if it will flush your system out a bit?

Ugh I've not had a good day. We had friends come to visit unexpectedly, so we've all eaten a bit too well - yesterday and today. I didn't even count syns as I know it'll be awful.
Tried to claw it back with a sw lasagne tonight though. And I'm back on the wagon now. Mainly because I've eaten all the cake already. Blush

moresky - don't beat yourself up. Just move on.

I have had another day on plan today. DH is being supportive which helps. Kids had chicken wraps for tea but I had rice instead of wrap and lots of roasted veg. Planning to make a lamb hotpot tomorrow which is new for me.

Hi there so comments are so encouraging and weight losses really good to hear about.

I did SW 4 years ago and lost 3st - have sadly found it again on my stomach and thighs Angry so annoyed with myself.

So started again from Sunday have 4 stone to lose, but 2 stone by end of July is my aim am i asking too much?

Hungry day today! Have had porridge with tea, then yoghurt banana orange with coffee. Just had 10 crab sticks instead of the huge glalxy bar i really want!!!

What you all having for lunch? Need inspiration!!

I'm still having digestive issues Blush it feels like after you've had a sickness but iykwim?

I'm going to go regardless tomorrow but I know I haven't lost anything. I can only hope the gain isn't huge.

I'm sticking to plan whatever happens, I've been saintly since starting and even if I haven't lost anything this week it keeps me away from gorging on junk so it can't be all bad.

I think I'm going to have a green week next week and see how that goes.

I'll post a food diary from yesterday, can anyone see anything that could be effecting me?

Breakfast - 35g oats (HEB) made up with half water half milk (HEA) topped with 1 chopped Apple and a small handful blueberries.

Large glass water.

Lunch - 2 egg omelette with 1 whole sweet red pepper and 5 little mushrooms, baked beans and 1/4 melon afterwards.

Large glass water

Coffee made with milk from HEA

Dinner - chicken breast marinated in tandoori spice mix with fat free yoghurt grilled and served with a large mixed salad and boiled new potatoes. 1 tbsp extra light mayo (1 1/2 syns)

Muller light Apple Pie flavour for dessert (1 syn)
weight Watchers Cappuccino cream cake flavoured hot chocolate (2 syns) topped up with milk from HEA.

all my HE were weighed and so were the syns,

This is a typical day for me, I don't ever have more than 5 syns really and snacks are always fruit or if I'm using babybell for me HEA I have the 3 light ones spaces through the day.

I have upped my water so everytime I go into the kitchen I have a glass out ready to fill and have a glass.

Does this look ok?

I am not an expert Titsalina but I can't see anything wrong with that. How much water are you drinking? Is it possible to drink too much?

I think you can but I'm not drinking huge amounts compared to the recommended amount which is 8 glasses a day, I think I'll speak to the consultant tomorrow at group and see if she has any bright ideas.

I'm hoping it's just a case of my stomach getting used to a change in diet, it's mot used to 3 decent sized meals everyday.

It could be the changes Titsalina. I had headaches for the first two weeks.

I know you shouldn't weigh yourself midweek but I can't help it. I am 69.2kg so nearly 1 kg this week so far Grin . Someone asked me if I had lost weight yesterday !

I can't believe I might have found something that is actually working and not making me feel like I am restricting everything. And most surprisingly I am not really missing bread Shock

How much skimmed milk is allowed on extra easy pls? Am doing it again after a 3 yr break and not sure if allowances are the same - think it was 500ml before

Weighed myself today as I am away tomorrow.

I am 69.1kg. Which means I have lost 1kg (or 2.2lb) in 6 days so I am pleased :)

Joined yesterday and went out for a meal last night. The pack's helpful, just hope I got it right. Started properly today, hopefully will be okay next week.... got about 7st I wanna lose so will see how it goes!!

I ate fish & chips on Friday night and lots of white bread yesterday as I am away for weekend. Not sure I will be able to undo the damage in 5 days till weigh in.Shock

Hi all, can I join up please?

I started SW 8 weeks ago with 5 stones to lose, I don't lose weight easily/quickly so have only lost 11lbs so far but I'm pleased with that as my aim was 1lb per week :)

My interim target is 2st by 26th September, my wedding day!

Finding it quite easy so far but had a meal/movie/drinks night last night so not feeling too positive this week but hoping it'll balance out by Wednesday (weigh day).
