I'll post a food diary from yesterday, can anyone see anything that could be effecting me?
Breakfast - 35g oats (HEB) made up with half water half milk (HEA) topped with 1 chopped Apple and a small handful blueberries.
Large glass water.
Lunch - 2 egg omelette with 1 whole sweet red pepper and 5 little mushrooms, baked beans and 1/4 melon afterwards.
Large glass water
Coffee made with milk from HEA
Dinner - chicken breast marinated in tandoori spice mix with fat free yoghurt grilled and served with a large mixed salad and boiled new potatoes. 1 tbsp extra light mayo (1 1/2 syns)
Muller light Apple Pie flavour for dessert (1 syn)
weight Watchers Cappuccino cream cake flavoured hot chocolate (2 syns) topped up with milk from HEA.
all my HE were weighed and so were the syns,
This is a typical day for me, I don't ever have more than 5 syns really and snacks are always fruit or if I'm using babybell for me HEA I have the 3 light ones spaces through the day.
I have upped my water so everytime I go into the kitchen I have a glass out ready to fill and have a glass.
Does this look ok?
