Hello everyone, may I join in? I used to post on Blonde's old SW threads, but haven't been on for a while. I've been doing ok lately, got my 5.5 stone award a few weeks ago, now have 4lbs to lose to get my 6 stone.
Been terrible so far this week, missed WI on Tuesday as had a shitty day at work and was just knackered. Went home and had a pizza hut takeaway instead
. Yesterday I had a Danish pastry for breakfast, healthy lunch and dinner, then pancakes (not SW ones!) with ice cream and maple syrup

Back on the wagon today though, been really good so far.
B - Banana
L - Chicken salad, mugshot, a peach and some grapes
D - Chicken and vegetable kebabs, roasted sweet potato and salad
Am going to have some ryvita minis and a chunk of cheese in a minute as my A and B choice. Had 2 syns today (mayonnaise.)
Going to the gym tomorrow, roller disco on Saturday then swimming on Sunday, so hopefully the exercise will help with the damage-limitation!
