I did really well on SW last year until about August when it all went horribly wrong.

We had a good virtual group on here. A lot of us were doing it ourselves rather than going to a group but we had some fantastic 'group losses'.

Does anyone want to join me next week and get going again? I am planning to weigh in on the 6th...

I think I just got a bit bored, we didn't have much in so either so it was boring food. Going shopping later so should be back on track this week.

yeah not bad - todays menu

b pancakes (b) fruit and yog
l sw lasagne and cheese (a) carrot and swede mash and sugar snap peas
t dithering but prob have eggs, chips and beans, with toms

had that the other night and scrummy and feel naughty but it isnt :)

I had lots of birthday cake for dd's birthday this weekend but have been 100% on plan yesterday and today so hope I can save this week.

I'm having a few wobbles :( just been working days and nights and dash here there and everywhere and been nibbling as havnt had time to do proper meals :(

Almost wish there were sw meals you could buy already made / so syn free lasagne - fish pie - chicken casserole etc

Working tonight and may nibble :( as when awake at 3/4am I seem to be hungry but if at home then wouldn't be iyswim

May be a gain this week :(

Oh no, sometimes life gets in the way though so maybe accept a gain and get back on plan next week?

Supernoodles (low fat) are free, mix with a bag of steam fresh veg and you almost have a Chow Mein? Or Mugshots are free I think and you could keep them in your bag?

Am I too late to join the syn-free party? I joined SW last week - am due my 2nd weigh-in tomorrow. Lost 6 1/2lb in week one but 1) I have it to lose and 2) went from a glass or 2 of red wine a night to nil. This week... hmm, not so good - 2 meals out and a birthday party of the beige food variety.
Am being terribly wholesome today, of course!

Hi Quiz welcome to the party Wink well done on an amazing loss that first week! Ah some hurdles this week though, can you try and make good choices and limit the damage. Check the menu before you, choose something fairly good then stick to your decision.

Naughty Blondes eh! White bread!! I am avoiding bread completely because I cant trust myself.

Tonight's tea is roasted butternut squash stuffed with left over risotto from yesterday with buttered (flora light) spinach. 2.5 syns

I have been lurking but will join in. Met my 1 stone mini target before Christmas and have been lax since and left group. I am following on my own and just starting to commit again. Got a stone to go. Helps that my sister is a SW consultant so can message her with any questions!

Did well today. Tried porridge with mullerlight this morning for the first time- don't rate it. May stick to my usual special k. Think I have had 5 syns today plus however many were in my small blob of ketchup with my omelette, and about to have 2 more syns through two rich tea biscuit fingers.

Dinner was lively although I went back for second helpings so have eaten a whole butternut squash to myself! It is super free isn't it?

Yes nacho eat as much as you like! As my sister repeats daily on her SW page, you eat more on SW and still lose weight. Wish it worked with biscuits though, they are my downfall!!

Im joining! I joined a group last week and have lost 3.5lbs at my first weigh in. Have got to lose another stone to get to club 10.

Im enjoying all the different food but its silly but im a bit scared of losing weight. Ive been the same size and shape for so long that changing it is going to feel strange. Typical day is
B. 2 scrambled eggs with ham and pineapple and 1 slice of brown bread. Or 2 weetabix with banana and milk
L. Pasta with extra light mayo (syns) ham and peas (need to get some superfree in here)
D. Stir fry

Snacking copiously on apples and bananas and walking a lot more. Got to start shredding too

That's what I love about it fluffy I don't have to go hungry or worry about how many calories I have left.

well done on your loss merry just take it slowly and the change will be gradual and you will have chance to get used to it.

Just had a delcious dinner again, sweet potato, pepper and spinach tortilla with asparagus, green beans and leeks. I think I am turning veggie at this rate.

I declined cream cakes today in work, very proud of myself!! I was bad at the weekend so have a lot of ground to make up.

I was quite good today! Have had
Kids cereal as run out of my own (must be some syns but not sure how many!)
one chocolate biscuit (no idea on syns) at work,
Jacket potato and tuna with blob of salad cream (syns in salad cream?)
cheesecake mullerlight (1 syn)
3 coffees with sugar (2 syns)
About to have SW quick carbonara with mushroom and bacon (no syns).

Can you tell I no longer have access to the syn list?!

Have been to fight klub tonight too , hopefully worked some calories off too.

I have a question- what can I have with a jacket potato to stop it being dry, that is low/no syns? I have it with beans sonetimes, but today I had to use salad cream as tuna is dry on its on.

Laughalot - behave and say no !!!!

Fluffy - extra light mayo is 1/2 a syn per tablespoon - sc lite 1 syn

Or have with cheese (a)

Did have wosits 4syns

Crusty bread- saw an advert for tiger bread tonight, yum!

Will get some of that mayo, thanks! I use my 'a' for milk for my cereal and tea every day.
