Anyone want to jump back on the SW wagon with me next week?

I did really well on SW last year until about August when it all went horribly wrong.

We had a good virtual group on here. A lot of us were doing it ourselves rather than going to a group but we had some fantastic 'group losses'.

Does anyone want to join me next week and get going again? I am planning to weigh in on the 6th...

Weigh day tomorrow so we shall see. I really don't feel like I've lost anything this week, I'm not looking forward to it. Hmm

NachoAddict · 22/01/2014 19:10

I feel like that every week, fingers crossed for you but I am sure you will be fine.

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/01/2014 21:20

good luck tomorrow fruit :)

i do weekly syns rather then daily, as if say have 20/30 one day then have less next few days

laughalot · 24/01/2014 11:37

How is everyone getting on this week ?

makeandcreate · 24/01/2014 12:32

bugger. I've just started kettlebells again after 6 months & 2 knee injuries and the instructor told me to do more lunges and squats to strengthen them. I am so damn wobbly on a lunge it's ridiculous.

makeandcreate · 24/01/2014 12:33

Oops - not sure what I did wrong. I was trying to comment on a post by Ledkr about a knee injury.
Sorry for sending it off track.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2014 17:14

kazzerb50 · 24/01/2014 21:29

Well, I've been so good all week & don't feel any different. Had the day from hell and opened a bottle of wine :o( So fed up of myself now

Countessfosco · 25/01/2014 16:43

Hello all! Can I join you all since I need some advice and inspiration.
Been on sw for the last two weeks have not lost any weight at all, so feeling a bit despondent.
I usually lose at least 2 pound a week on average by following the extra easy plan for 5 days a week and then I am slightly more relaxed on the weekend and this has always worked for me. I put on around 8 pound recently and can't shift even one pound.
After the first week when I stayed the same I decided to follow the plan for a full week, again with no results.
I can't go to class so can't check with anyone there.
Any suggestions since I normally love this plan and don't want to give up.

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/01/2014 12:54

contessa, make sure you drink lots of water and 1/3 sf with each meal

i had a pig out yesterday, as dp and i anniversary-2 years together for the regs who know me - wow

ate far too much to even syn so gonna wipe yesterday off and if i gain next fri so be in but will try and repair damage this week :)

laughalot · 26/01/2014 16:12

Blondes after the past few years you have had you deserve a pig out !

NachoAddict · 26/01/2014 17:29

Happy anniversary Blondes. Bit late haha.

I had half a pound loss but had been picking at bis uits all week so not too disappointed. Was out last night so drank lots of peach schnapps and cherry sourz with lemonade but did lots of dancing so hopefully not too much damage.

kazzerb50 · 26/01/2014 18:01

I weighed in last tuesday evening, got home to find my cooker had broken so unable to cook. Gas man is coming to fix it tomorrow night. That and my vile day on Friday and I am dreading weigh in this tuesday. On a brighter note am just booking a holiday so that should give me something positive to focus on.

NachoAddict · 26/01/2014 20:38

What a nightmare managing with no cooker. Hope you find a fab holiday to cheer you up.

just tried your pancakes blondes, yummy!! Had them with chopped banana and poured the other half of the Muller yog over too. Proper pud Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/01/2014 22:09

thanks nacho and laughalot - and yes pancakes yummy and feel a real treat :)

boo at cooker but hopefully will be fixed soon

will try and have low syns this week but think i will gain fri as was sooooooooooooo bad yesterday

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/01/2014 12:54

b fruit
l jacket, salad and beans and cheese a
t parsnip and potato soup

need to have my b so may make pancakes for pudding

NachoAddict · 27/01/2014 19:47

I will be joining you with pancakes blondes I really enjoyed them yesterday. My group leader said that you need to have crispbread too as porridge doesn't have enough fibre in for a healthy b choice.

Blondeshavemorefun · 27/01/2014 20:26

not even if you use the oats? know the ready brek isnt a b anymore :(

tho still dont see why i cant eat ready brek and use it as my b (as used to have enough fibre) and not have another b as all b's are generally 6 syns

so not have a b one day
