Font size?

On the app on an iPad, the font size is now tiny. Is there a way to make it bigger? Even with reading glasses, it is hard to read and much smaller then my other apps

Thanks for reaching out. We recently adjusted the font size in the app to better align with other apps. Could you describe which text feels much too small for you now?

Agree, it's now tiny on the app on my phone. I doubt it would have passed any kind of accessibility audit

I have font set to large on my settings on my iPhone and it was way too big on the app but now it’s much better in post threads but is still massive in the menus.

Yes very tiny for me too on iPhone app, and I can’t see a way to change it on the app settings. All I can do is I make all of my other general phone fonts huge and then MN is a sort of reasonable size, but that’s ridiculous for the rest of my phone. Can you tweak it please MN and make it a feature in the app settings (along with a dark mode!)

I thought it was fine before this change, but a lot of people then were complaining it was too big. Now it is too small on my iPhone, despite me having the dynamic type set to just one click below the maximum.

The iPad is just a bit small, I have the dynamic type about in the middle. Changing it doesn’t seem to be altering the size in the comment box when I’m actually editing it at all, but it’s ok.

Teeny tiny for me too. I have everything big on my phone and the old app mirrored this.

I’m finding it too small on ipad and iPhone as well.

The font is giving me a bit of headache as I’m squinting to read it.

The font is stupidly tiny. It’s no way aligned with other apps - none of my other apps have a font this small! It’s giving me a headache

It’s perfect for me. I think it all depends on individual settings unfortunately.

Settings and eyesight!

I can’t seem change any settings to make the text the size it was when the app was launched, if there is a way to do this I would love to know

Font size way too small! Difficult to read on the app. Please change, it’s a real pain.

If I make it a readable size it makes the headings way too big, and also non Mumsnet sites become too big. It was fine a day or so ago.

I thought I was going mad this morning when I was struggling to read it on my iPad app. I tried for ages to find a setting to change it back. It's far to small to read comfortably.

Font size on Android app is fine (that's on my phone).

The Apple app definitely needs either adjusting or functionality added so we can set our own font size.

I’ve just updated (iPhone) and now the font is tiny. Ugh. Do not like. It was absolutely fine before.

MN seems to have disappeared from the threads about the app because nothing I brought up this week has been responded to 🤷🏻‍♀️

Definitely too small. The original concern was about the amount of white space/line spacing and too bright background, not the font size. The threads list is massive in comparison.

Still haven’t sorted the full stop/capital issue I see.
