Massive ads taking over screen again

This happened a few weeks ago and appeared resolved. Now it’s happening again. Full screen taken over and a message to rotate screen. I’m on safari on an iPad.

I'm on chrome and it's started again, Can't actually see OP now

And again today. That’s 4 days in a row. Despite posting on multiple threads in site stuff no response.

Call me dense but I never quite understand how this happens in the first place - surely HQ don't just hand over access to their site for advertisers to do whatever they like with, and surely there's some kind of check on what's being added?

I'm the first to admit to being completely hopeless with IT, but can anyone offer an idiots guide to how it's done?

Layers of massive adverts. Unusable site.

I'm having the exact same giant ad as above. Also chrome keeps hanging and having to restart 😟
