is the error message just a white screen with a square in the middle (not centre) and saying "An error occurred" ?
or something very similar

AF if you're stressing just take a photo of your screen with your phone.

I have a lap top and I use Dropbox which is free to download.

I press the Ctrl key and at the same time the PrtSc one which is the white function above SysRq printed in red, above the _- key under the Function Keys, right of centre.

When I press those keys a screen shot is saved to Dropbox on my laptop and from there you can crop it and 'save as' to a different location.

AF, I press Control and Print Screen at the same time. Nothing happens. Then I open Word so I have a blank page. Then I click on Paste. The screen shot appears. Then i save it as anything I like. Or attach it to an email.

AF, try a different browser as well. I couldn't make any changes while on IE but could on Chrome or Firefox.

I did it with the snipping tool and just pressed full page. All those other keyboard tricks just did not work.

As this thread is busy could someone please look at my post 18.10 on the More About the Technical sticky thread please and then advise.

AF,on windows 8/8.1 to print screen press windows button and print screen at the same time,the screen will flash and the screenshot will be saved in your pictures folder,not sure if this works in older versions of windows but worth a try.
