AF - if you have Windows 8 or 10, you can easily use the Windows Snipping tool which will do the job for you. (I'm afraid that I never used Win 7 so don't know about that.)

I had the error message too.
it was because the email address I wanted to change to has been "blocked" by MN 2 years ago (my fault)

so I explained I wanted that email address as it is my current one (bern for ages) and so I need it please. it was sorted

then I tried to confirm "change email address" and it went through!

Open Paint
Hold down Control and press V while in Paint

On my machine I press the print screen button. It looks like nothing has happened, I goto a word doc and I press paste and it will appear there.

Hope it works for you?

What Windows do you have, AF?

Af you will have an email at the new address that you need to click the link on to confirm the change of email.

I contacted HQ. I have an email from them asking to print screen the message. They are no more going to be able to help me than you lot are.

My Windows machine has a snipping tool which is brilliant.

Open your start menu, type Snipping and it should open up.

It gives you the option to drag the box over what you want to show - this will open up into a picture and then you click on the save icon (floppy disk)

What Windows do you have?

AF if you are on windows search for the 'snipping tool' - is in Windows 7 too
Open it and it pops up on the screen - you can then select the area you need with a mouse (You might need to press 'new') then press the save icon and you can save an image of the area you selected...

Forget the snipping tool. Follow the steps Blistory has posted.

If all else fails, go old tech and take a photo of your screen.
