Checking your profile from time to time will narrow down the time window of when someone might have broken in and made changes. Which might help tech investigations if it happens to you (whether on the list or not).

When you have done the print screen you need to open another program (e.g. MSWord) and paste into that - either right click then paste or Ctrl + v
