It's logging me out... again!

Anytime I navigate away from MNet (I know, I do try not to do it, but sometimes I need to look at other sites 'kay? ) I'm logged out and have to log back in again. Even if I have two tabs running, it happens when I switch from one to the other.

I've tried it on a variety of devices and browsers;

• iPhone running latest software update (7.1?) and using Safari & Chrome.
• Kindle Fire using Chrome and Silk
• Laptop running Windows 7 and using Chrome & Firefox. I couldn't bring myself to try IE.

It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

Tech did sort it last time, but whatever he/she/they have upgraded has reset it for me (at least!).

I just had to re-register as I never log out and had forgotten my login details.

Using Chrome on a laptop, Windows 7.

Mines logging me out when I try and post a comment!

Im on a Samsung s4 mini using Chrome

Oh and I never navigate away, I just open another window

Me too. Desktop and um I'm going to guess at explorer , sorry not sure I know it's not chrome.

My iphone which is working is on iOS 6, I"m using safari 6.0.5 on my laptop which keeps logging out

Me too. Laptop, Mozilla Firefox 28.0. Tickybox checked to stay logged in.

It's doing it to too. I forgot to post a link, went to the site, came back to MN and had to log back in.

I'm on iPad, Safari,,IOS 7.1.

Me too this evening. I am using the mobile site on my android phone, the box is checked to keep me logged in.

Actually, just checked the desktop site on my laptop and that has logged me out too. Grr.

Oh, yeah I have 3 tabs open for MN and open new windows for other sites and it chucked me out of them all!

New cookie seems to expire in around 26 months time, so with luck won't need to log in again for a couple of years. by which time I will have forgotten the password
