It's logging me out... again!

Anytime I navigate away from MNet (I know, I do try not to do it, but sometimes I need to look at other sites 'kay? ) I'm logged out and have to log back in again. Even if I have two tabs running, it happens when I switch from one to the other.

I've tried it on a variety of devices and browsers;

• iPhone running latest software update (7.1?) and using Safari & Chrome.
• Kindle Fire using Chrome and Silk
• Laptop running Windows 7 and using Chrome & Firefox. I couldn't bring myself to try IE.

It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

Tech did sort it last time, but whatever he/she/they have upgraded has reset it for me (at least!).

Had to log in again this morning.

And yes, the 'keep me logged in' box is definitely checked.

Sigh.

I got logged out too.

Still happening to me this morning. On on the iPad via Safari.

I am still logged in on all 3 devices this morning!!!

I keep getting logged out as well.

only since thursday, have checked settings and they haven't changed.
apple devices, safari browser.

I've just restarted the laptop upstairs and the log in has held.

So it looks like it's working perfectly for some, and still happening for others, which is less than ideal.

What we need to figure out is if there is a commonality between the people who are still getting logged out. So please do keep letting us know what's happening, and what you're using, the more specific the better We'll try to get this sorted asap, thanks v much for your patience!

Morning Kate, it seems to be ok with me for now. iPad, old OS , the one before 7.1 and all the post Steve jobs interface.

Just did it again on the PC - Windows 7 & Firefox. "Keep me logged in" is definitely ticked.

I'm still needing to log in at each visit, The "keep me logged in" box is checked.
I'm using Internet Explorer
on a laptop with Widows Vista as the system.

More and all round.

Just did a test shutdown and the log in held. Windows 8 and FF on the laptop.

This started for me yesterday. Running the mobile site through Safari on my IPhone. iOS 7.1.

Still doing it to me, on fully updated ipad2 using Safari

That's odd - still working perfectly for me now - like blueeyeshadow Windows 7 and Firefox! Did clear my history/cookies etc last night and checked and unchecked box...

It has started happening to me as of this morning using Safari on my ipad.

It started happening to me yesterday. Using the mobile site on Android, the standard browser.

Afternoon all.

Happened last evening (first time) on iPad using safari browser. Re-logged in (checked 'keep me logged' in box) and was ok for rest of the evening.

Came onto mumsnet just now and I've had to log in again. Same device/browser.

Just logged in on the No 2 laptop and the login had held there as well. Also Win 8 and Firefox.

Both laptops run from the same wifi and are scrubbed daily of cookies etc if that makes any difference.

Still keeps logging me out of app and desktop site.

Using Firefox.

Just shut down and restarted the desktop downstairs and the login held there also. (Firefox and Vista.)

I'm still logged on on an ipad iOS 6 and I've been on and off the site all day.

I keep getting logged out. On Android mobile and Windows laptop.
