TheCunningStunt · 25/02/2012 12:26

I like the idea of being able to edit my own posts. What's wrong with the Wink smiley?

Oh and please Give us a baking topic in Food

purpleroses · 25/02/2012 12:27

Make name-changing easier, but don't allow anyone to post to the same thread under more than one name.

LadyNada · 25/02/2012 12:31

frasersmummy · 25/02/2012 12:42

purple roses thats the most sensible suggestion re names I have ever heard

dont allow people to post on the same thread with different names.. i second that!!

LadyNada · 25/02/2012 12:46

yyy about the name changing BUT sometimes people start a thread with a seasonal name change, and then continue posting after they've changed back to their usual name.

How about the OP's posts are always highlighted, even when they change names?

OliviaMumsnet · 25/02/2012 13:37

No boils ever.

CappyHunt · 25/02/2012 13:41

Baking Topic, yes please.
Definitely agree with a namechanging OP's posts remaining the same colour within a thread.

forestschoolmum · 25/02/2012 18:21

why doesbump to teens jump from toddlers to teenagers do parents of primary school children not need advice or ideas or not have problems or am i missing a link somewhere?

CotherMuckingFunt · 25/02/2012 18:32

Definitely need a baking topic. And the namechanging colour thingy.... in fact, just read CappyHunt's post as mine.

MordecaiAndTheRigbys · 25/02/2012 18:35

That wink smiley has to go, it offends my senses everytime I see it!

ggirl · 25/02/2012 18:36

get rid of AIBU
but have hidden now so I'm fine but I do think it encourages shitty/bitchy posts even on non aibu threads

NotInMyDay · 25/02/2012 18:36

The ability to bookmarks threads on the app version.

Please! Oh please!

tethersend · 25/02/2012 18:37

To be able to put photos/pictures in posts.

And to ban everyone else so that I can run MN.

mybrainsthinkingfuckyouagain · 25/02/2012 18:41

allow green + and red - of posts you like and dislike and let the bunfights commence [evil]
then top rated posts - usually the funniest - into another thread so I can have a laugh without wasting four hours on here

BearlyThere · 25/02/2012 18:43

Edit.
(for like 2 mins)
No shit pictures/icons
. Putting real pics in like twitter.
