I know I love mine

Libra, your profile isn't there?

Is the grand tour the rear facing Mac? It's an ugly looking thing.

I'd recommend a BJCM over a Mac any day! I had both, and sold the Mac.

Norma, I left a message on your other post, but how much for the poshbugs bag? Also, what bumper bar do I buy for the BJCM?

My MIL surprised us today, and gave us tickets to go watch "Walking with Dinosaurs" at the Metro Arena. If anyone has a child interested in dinosaurs, I'd highly recommend it, although not sure who enjoyed it more, me and DH or the two boys

oh wow 5in, ds2 would sooooo love that! he's dino mad atm!

pebbles79 · 11/07/2009 21:54

5in I think Norma's already posted on that thread that they poshbugs bag has sold.

scattykatty · 11/07/2009 21:57

Does anyone know why the triple points thing is not working on boots.com at the moment? I thought buggies all had triple points through July.....

maxybrown · 11/07/2009 21:58

I don't mind the grand tour! But it is just a modern superdreamer. If I could get the superdreamer in the nice check, I would have that, but it never comes up in nice design. The little boy I used to nanny had that

maxybrown · 11/07/2009 21:58

thanks for buggysnuggle link yummy

5inthebed · 11/07/2009 21:59

Oh poo, I must have missed that!

Nicola, it was fantastic, even Tom would love it. My camera died before the TRex came on though! Luka would like it as well, there was load of little ones there.

Look here. This is the info on it.

does look fab but tate too young really and would be expensive day out. did you all go?

5inthebed · 11/07/2009 22:09

Me and DH took Aaron and Dan. Dan was so well behaved! And really, mentally, Dan is the same age as Tate! She bought the £20 tickets, and we still had a fab view as the dinosaurs go around the whole of the arena. It was fan-bloody-taastic! The merchandise on the other hand was a complete rip off!

OP posts:
maxybrown · 11/07/2009 22:10

really nic? do you think he'd be too young? if we could have afforded it would have taken ds, i thought he'd be ok, he'd love it!

nicolamumof3 · 11/07/2009 22:11

i think Tate may be a bit scared. we can't afford it anyway so have to give it a miss atm.

v.v.tired waited up for dp to get in from work last night, am not tonight!!

just wondering wether to just order a bn volo?? or something else?

5inthebed · 11/07/2009 22:13

How you feeling now Nic?

What doyou want from a second pram? Volo would be your best bet if just for DS2

OP posts:
FlyMeToDunoon · 11/07/2009 22:16

Do I want a Bugaboo Frog?
Would it do anything else that the Infinity doesn't?
DD3 is nearly three. And I would have to sell Jane Energy and the Infinity I have.
Sigh I'm still unfulfilled pramwise.

nicolamumof3 · 11/07/2009 22:17

yeah just for tatey, i think so too as it will be superlight and i love my maclarens. i think i should check out bargain one yet, it might be ok!! i just wished it had hood.

5inthebed · 11/07/2009 22:20

Dunoon, I thought I'd be done when I got Gecko, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

Can't wait to get Mutsy! It's at the Newcastle Depot, which is less than a mile away from me! I want it and I want it now

Nicola, is it really hard to get a hood? Would the Mothercare packs not fit a Mac?

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 11/07/2009 22:28

yes it is as the volo's all now come with hoods.

right off to beddy byes for me.

FlyMeToDunoon · 11/07/2009 22:28

Thanks 5in, I think I must NOT get it because I don't need it and I can't afford it and I have two pushchairs.
It's that 'perfect pushchair' conundrum again.
Aaaaargh.
too tired to think and certainly too tired to make rational pushchair decisions.

NormaSknockers · 11/07/2009 22:29

5in the Poshbugs bag sold already, did post on the thread

You need the offical bumper bar for the BJCM, it's the same bumper bar for all the BJs (lucky that as I can switch mine between my BJCE & my BJCM lol). I was lucky & got mine off eBay as they come up rarely on there. You can get them here

nicolamumof3 · 11/07/2009 22:34

flyme, step away from temptation, you don't need a bug

FlyMeToDunoon · 11/07/2009 22:39

night

BexieID · 11/07/2009 22:50

FMTD - i want dibs if you sell Infinity, love that colour!

5inthebed · 11/07/2009 22:50

Thanks Norma, thats what I needed to know. Most sites I've looked at just say "fit the city", which I took as all the City prams.

Night everyone, must go to bed myself!

OP posts:
sweetkitty · 11/07/2009 23:37

Evening all cannot keep up not even going too lol DP took DD3 out in the Infinity today said it was really light and he liked it still said why do we need 3 prams?? though

FlyMeToDunoon · 12/07/2009 07:47

Morning.
Argh. Stayed up watching Law and Order and fell asleep on the sofa, missing the conclusion as usual. In bed at 11.47
Then got woken up at 6ish by the little DDs.
Great!

nicolamumof3 · 12/07/2009 09:08

DP let me have a lie in til 8am as was woken by tate in early hours, nice.

but just realised he's gone to work without leaving carseat for Tate. Will tate be ok on booster seat?
