The Mac XT came today. Only had a quick look as it started to rain. Wheels are good, bit rusty, reflective edges are a bit scuffed, sticky handles.... BUT, I thought it would recline more and thought the legrest raised up/down? Anyway, will ask my friend who has an XLR on wednesday when she pops round to have a look at it for me.

For £15 it's a bargain. Covers need washing, but I think I like it. IF the seat is supposed to recline more and the legrest is supposed to be adjustable, then I won't keep it. I'll look out for another one. Have until Easter anyway, lol.

im back from docs got sinisitus (sp) feeling absolutely awful. will get luka lunched and in bed and on the sofa for me and tate.

P&T doubles seat in second hand shop for £15 but can't find out how much it might sell for.

The legrest must deffo be gubbed then as is just floppy, iykwim. I'm sure the seat could go back more as the bits you pull to make it go back don't touch the frame.

Bexie you have to pull out metal bits to support the legrest. They can be sticky and may need oiling.
For back it should go almost flat. Side bars lift and seat should go back.

bexie should be little metal bits you pull out to extend legrest. not quite sure what you mean about the adjusters at side to do legrest but not quite with it today.

Anyone want the XT? The legrest won't go up/down, has a wonky hood, the seat won't go right back, handles are sticky, has scuffs on reflective bits, has no raincover and needs a jolly good clean! The wheels and frame are fine.

handles try lots of fairy liquid have heard that works all fabrics will go in machine bexie, even hood worth a try!

I noticed bits to pull for legrest, they may need oiling. Will have another look at it. Or wait till wednesday and get my friend to.

Have decided against going to get it. I need to save cash now.

Will have to wait for a nice day to wash the covers.

Now i've had a little play with an XT I fancy a black one, lol.
