yes that is lovely 5in!

we had bad night tate up screaming with his ears so he's been to doctors on call this morning. can't wait for his referral now to ENT next month its horrible seeing him in so much pain just need to keep him dosed up now.

Divatheshopaholic · 21/06/2009 10:19

morning,
aww little tate, hope he gets better today.
im with kids today so we will go celebrate fathers day without him at pizza hut, and go see grandad later, dd is driving up to the walls already and its only past 10 in the morning

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/06/2009 10:24

Nicola I met another mum who has dd at my DD'd nursery. She had her hearing test same day and got a referral but she has ben taking her o an osteopath for head manipulation. Apparently this can help to shift the fluid and improve the position of the tubes, the eustachion[sp] tube which links the ear with back of throat.
Might be worth a look.
She said she is paying £25 a session I think.

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/06/2009 10:50

Infinity pics including storage on back of hood and replacement screw on handle.

Disenchanted3 · 21/06/2009 12:40

Nicola - do you think this fabric would go with apple quest?

Am thinking of bouying an orange footmuff and having it lined inside with it?

maxybrown · 21/06/2009 12:50

Hey dunon looks nice actually. I don't usually like prams with diff size wheels but hmmmm!! Seat looks better size than Mutsy i reckon. Why don't you unscrew those plates and spray the plate so not to bung the screw up?

basl · 21/06/2009 13:11

Dis that fabric is so lovely!!!

Disenchanted3 · 21/06/2009 13:20

i asked about this and they said they would axccepts offers of £90

pretty good i think.

FlyMeToDunoon · 21/06/2009 16:20

Like the fabric Dis.
I might do that Maxy. I have emailed Hauck to ask if they can supply a replacement screw and bumper bar.
Took it out over the common with either DD2 or 3 in it and it was really good, even over roots, grass and rocks.
First wheels is a bargain for someone!
5inthebed I love the colours on that buzz.
Quinny do great colourways.

Disenchanted3 · 21/06/2009 17:42

Hiya gals,

ahving a crap day today, my grandad had a stroke this morning, my other Grandad passed away in March and am missing him soooo much as its Fathers day and we got him cards, pressies etc ... I'm ill (again), my stupid AF has started unexpectedly

I wish I could curl up all day tomorrow watching dsney films but got to do nursery for 2.5 hours tomorrow (And Tuesday)

Id rather just have a PJs day & wait for first wheels & quest though

nicolamumof3 · 21/06/2009 18:50

evening all quiet on here today? back from my parents lovely bbq but im seriously stuffed ate far too much!

boys in bed already, tate not well luka exhausted as no sleep for him today.

love that fabric dis and i do think it would got but i would like a bit of orange in it to tie it in.

im v.tempted by that first wheels for £90, but would have to sell nipper first.

Knickers0nMaHead · 21/06/2009 20:38

Evening everyone, hope you all had a nice day. Does anyone know if anyone does custom covers for infinity?

pebbles79 · 21/06/2009 20:55

Lucy at Snunkie does hoods, footmuffs, liners etc. You'd have to send her your hood to be re-covered though.

5inthebed · 21/06/2009 21:03

Sorry to hear about your Grandad Dis. I hope he isn't too bad.

We have been to the Hoppings today. Its a huge travelling funfair, loads of rides and stalls. The kids had a great time, I spent a fortune!

Evening all, had a nice day out for Fathers Day even sneaked in a wee look round Mothercare and had a play with a hot pink Bee, Dis why are you thinking of selling yours, it's lovely but know what you mean about a dolls pram, liked the P&T Vibe first time I have seen it in the flesh but £470 is too much I think.

Dis - so sorry to head about your Grandad, could you just not have a duvet day and not go to nursery just this once? The apples fabric is lovely too

Nicola - sorry to head Tate isn't well hope he is on the mend soon x

DD3 is still suffering with croup bless her sh is up loads in the night so am knackered. On the pram front still following that Infinity e-mailed yesterday to ask of they would accept BIN but no response as yet think they will let the auction run, I have a maximum and thats it

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/06/2009 08:22

Morning all.
Can't believe the thread has moved no further since I looked last night.
Hope you all have a good day.

pebbles79 · 22/06/2009 08:32

Your DD is lovely FMTD couldn't see the pics last night because I was at work. Hauck are normally quite good at supplying spare parts and are quite reasonable priced. They'll probably reply to your email with a number to phone. I've had a bolt and a new wheel from them.

Divatheshopaholic · 22/06/2009 11:14

FMTD, Buggy looks good, its lovely colour for summer, too

5inthebed · 22/06/2009 11:19

Black and red Bug. Looks fab don't you think?

OP posts:
FlyMeToDunoon · 22/06/2009 12:36

Yep looks great!

buggylovinmummy · 22/06/2009 14:37

That looks lovely 5in

I took the BJCM on a lovely long walk to take ds to the indoor play centre today. It was fab to push, much lighter than my quest with ds in it.

Very pleased

basl · 22/06/2009 14:41

Hi that's me orderd the bjce now and an obaby khaki circles for hols and when not using my car. They are on offer for £61? in boots and i used the paypal 10% off so got it for £55.00 It's maybe not the best stroller in the world but i know at that price i don't feel so guilty for buying the elite. I have a new dinasaur liner coming this week for the elite and a green liner cup holder and organiser thingy coming for the obaby. I really hope this is me for good now. I still look at all those infinity ones and think they look lovely. That cream coloured on on ebay looks great but not practical i would imagine.

buggylovinmummy · 22/06/2009 14:45

basl thats great i bet you cant wait to get it

basl · 22/06/2009 15:17

oh no i just had an email from the lady that is doing the liner and she says the liner will not fit my elite. I did order it for the city mini but i thought norma said hers fitted the elite as well. Never mind i will wait and see. I really hope the elite is what i have been looking for all along. I am excited but scared i am going to have that sinking feeling if it's not for me. I have never had air tyres before and scared the puncture all the time. Anyway enough moaning and look forward to the elite tomorrow. blm are you still loving your city mini?

buggylovinmummy · 22/06/2009 15:32

Yes its lovely, tried it in town and on a long walk and its great for both.

I love the way it folds too, will be really handy for when i have to catch the bus.

Ds says he likes it too
