Nic my seat sits up really well on Nipper?? I thought about that last time you mentioned it.....can send you a pic of mine? I was looking at DS today and he was fine...otherwise that would drive him nuts! That was why he hated zia.

nicolamumof3 · 08/06/2009 18:04

Do you think it would be OK to ring skate seller? She agreed to the price and collection but not heard back.

I can only go to collect tomorrow other wise I can't get it.

Hi Ladies, did anyone find a quest frame for me?!

Also does anyone have an old loola seat and hood kicking around they no longer want?

5inthebed · 08/06/2009 18:28

Thanks Nicola . I'd give them a call just incase.

Dis, calling Seller wouldn't do any harm. Will you take your DD with you in a sling or something then wheel her back?

maxybrown · 08/06/2009 18:31

Nicola have a look here when you can. Tried to do diff angles etc and show how tightly it is fastened behind. DS was not best please I put him in!!

sweetkitty · 08/06/2009 19:02

maxy your Ds is lovely, gorgeous hair colour.

Still need to sell my mac . Not budging ppast the £150 though. Got someone ineterested, just need to email them pictures. Can't get them til Dh in from work as it is in his car.

Got counter offer on first wheels, £15 more than what I offered. Will sleep on it and see if I can sell mac first. Will have enough in for full amount, so not worrying about finding other funds.

maxybrown · 08/06/2009 20:05

Oh thanks! I'll send him off to you tomorrow

Oh I don't know what to do now. I wish someone would come on and give experience about Mutsy 4 rider!

Dis, just ring. Where is it you have to go?

Disenchanted3 · 08/06/2009 20:14

merseyside.

only 30 mins by train

OP posts:
maxybrown · 08/06/2009 20:20

yeah, be a doddle! I'm a bit of a train expert now not as in spotting, but from travelling lol!

nicolamumof3 · 08/06/2009 21:18

maxy the seat goes up that far on mine it just won't stay, the strap at the back doesn't support the back that upright iykwim?

my ds3 has exactly the same hair! gorgeous isn't it

really unsuccesful shopping trip btw. useless.

1legmummy · 08/06/2009 21:36

Hi just having a look through for old times sake, also a very trustworthy MN owes me money and I cant get a response from email so thought I would try to fing her on here.

I have a Mutsy 4 rider, I have been through at least 15 pushchairs and this is my favourite. Wish I had found it first.

It is great with the tray and also the funseat gets alot of comments.

I am trying to get the courage up to sell mine as we dont use it anymore

Any questions just ask- hope everyone ok x

maxybrown · 08/06/2009 21:37

oh....how odd? Mine doesn't move, is really firm. It's like the strap is too loose isn't it?

Yes floppy head! It is looking a bit basin like at min. Hair cut on Wed!

I wonder if you can do something with that strap? Even my older one I had before didn't move, but I have to say i could never get that quite as upright as this one.

Shame about shopping.....still, was bit of peace eh?

nicolamumof3 · 08/06/2009 21:41

oh maxy i just don't know what to do with it, you know how much i love my nipper one of my all time favourites. bee should be here tomorrow if he screams in that at least i know its not the pram pissing him off !!!!

1leg lovely to see you back on here! hope all ok?

1legmummy · 08/06/2009 21:45

All fine, managing to keep my pushchair addiction at bay had programme filmed in March due to be shown later in year so will let you know when its on.
Hope all is ok with you?

maxybrown · 08/06/2009 21:53

lol Nicola! Does he just prefer to walk do you think? Don;t they always at this age.....

OOOH!!! 1legmummy.....now then, Mutsy. Is it relatively easy to get around with? Does it hold toddler well enough? Er....what else can I ask? Is it ok to push with toddler in rear facing? DS not very heavy though. OOh! Have you got pics of yours??

nicolamumof3 · 08/06/2009 21:55

yes thanks 6 weeks til my wedding, so v.busy loads to do. ds3 is testing atm to say the least, having terrible tantrums and not speaking we have referral to ENT about his ears as they may be damaged following repeated ear infections and could be reason for lack of speech (he's 23m)

nicolamumof3 · 08/06/2009 21:59

he will walk for miles maxy but he's not safe by roads as will just let go of hand and run now if i've got pushchair and tate i can't just drop everything to run after him. so theres no option in town he must be in pushchair end of. i feel worn out atm with his tantrums.

angelic here
