Hi!
I would like to find out about child withdrawal from religious studies in church school because I am not happy with the content they are teaching? Can you advice me if someone experienced it and are there any consequences? Thanks

Moving countries seems quite a strong reaction in order to ensure your child doesn't get to attend a really interesting, strongly academic, lesson that will help them understand people around them wherever they live in the world.

I assume that poster is extremely religious rather than atheist, and is horrified at her child being exposed to other belief systems.

We had a family like that in my school, parents also pulled them out of biology and geography as well (they might learn about sexy sexy plant reproduction and discover that rivers and mountains weren’t created by god in 6 days, 3000 years ago). Eventually left the school to home educate as there was just too much on the curriculum the parents couldn’t cope with.

What about same sex marriages it is not a sin but is normal. Or what about that it is a small sin if you have sex with an animal. In particular I am not happy with family and relationships section.

Head of RE here. There's no syllabus that conforms with your claim.
