FM today - DS is pleased. Thinks he has cracked first uni offer - scary. We don't want him too disappointed.

Last day of school ever except for result collection. Where has all that time gone? Feeling nostalgic.

Just checked out uni prep page and realised that is where I need to head. Soft bags for packing was my first useful tip gained.

Glad FM went well voilets.
Getting quiet over here now since other thread started.
Guess some will be back with summer goings-on leading up to results.

Last exam for DS tomorrow! Hallelujah!! Off out for lunch afterwards, sadly no wine for me at lunch as I'll be driving later

We've already got "summer goings on". DS on first day of post exam trip with his mates today so luckily I am not aware of the exact nature of those "goings on" .

I think my dd has been out more times in the past week than the previous 6 months! Making the most of having turned 18 recently. Prom on Thurs

Prom tomorrow for DS but he doesn't appear to know when it starts or when it ends

Prom for dd2 tomorrow too. She is an organiser and seems to have arranged for me to pick up half the teenage population to deliver to prom. I have been issued with a pick up timetable of near military precision.

Apparently I am hosting a pre-drinks event (ie providing the drinks & venue but keeping out of the way!)

Prom on Monday here. Dd1 has invited her friends round to get ready and for me to drive them all. Trouble is, after me and dd, I have 7 seats, and she's invited 9 people. Errrr ...

Prom on Thursday here too! So much easier for boys though!

Hope the Proms go well. DD had hers at end of year 11 and 6th Form doesn't have anything. Nevertheless she has been socialising with friends every day since Friday.
