Starting this thread for those of us who are done. I don’t want to just rail or fight about it with those who still believe that government messaging is in our best interest. Enough is enough.

I was never really undone. But I'm 100% done now The fanzone tipped me over the edge. Never known such hypocrisy from our "esteemed" leader.

No, for me railing is more about frustrated moaning and this is about how we are not doing it anymore, but I'm not too bothered about the distinction tbh. My post was about a poster trying to frustrate the thread with an alternative view and not what this thread was about. It's not like we are 300 posts in and have strayed away from the OP now.

But, as I said, people can post their views wherever they feel like as it's a public forum but we can consider it poor etiquette and rude if we want.

I wouldn't mind some hints on how to 'not do it anymore' tbh because mostly I don't see have that personal level of power. I suppose I could refuse to wear a mask but beyond that I'm not sure what else I could do.

See also comments by a pp earlier about all leaders, but where someone is specifically done with the actions in Scotland, or announcements from the SG, it’s all in context on this thread, hence why I named it ‘Scotland- enough is enough’

If you’re not done and/or you want to defend any of the actions of the SG, or NS, then maybe go somewhere else?

I don’t want a fight over this. My viewpoint is that seeing the freedom of the football fans, then announcements by NS around travelling in the U.K. the same day, tipped me. I’m done.

The hypocrisy of the fan zone has really upset me actually. In the same month I've been told I've to miss my son graduating from nursery and been told I've to leave him at the gates of his new school to meet his teacher in the playground. Been pretty done for a while but it's a strange sort of super scary variant that settles at a lower level than the areas it is supposedly spreading out to. Weirder still that Fife and Dundee are shaping up to be the epicentres when they have just got rid of their student "superspreader" populations.

I’m actually kind of hoping that the football scenes tip the balance and cause restrictions to be lifted, people see that, and Ascot and the G7 and must question the lack of logic.
