High end non essential shop!

It feels like a lifetime ago since I looked into any shop that wasn't a supermarket or discount store.

shouldistop · 04/03/2021 20:28

A nice walk Grin

long lie, breakfast in bed; he looks after dc and takes them out while you relax at home; he puts them to bed and cooks you dinner

The baby feeds every 90 mins - 2 hours through the day so definitely no long lie or much time to myself unfortunately. He already cooks every day Blush

He could take them out for 90 mins so I can have a nice long bath, that would be nice.
Breakfast in bed would be good, I could feed the baby then he can take the kids into the kitchen. I'm sure 4yo ds would enthusiastically help Grin

Afternoon tea is another nice idea

Sootess · 04/03/2021 20:35

AgentCooper · 04/03/2021 20:41

@shouldistop

Oh sorry *@Groovee* it's probably an insensitive topic of convo at the moment Thanks
It's fine. It's life. I'm a big believer in what's meant to be will be. X
Nipoleonthenoncommital · 04/03/2021 22:51

Retrospective Forth Valley cases? Or related to Polmont?

Groovee · 04/03/2021 22:53

Right I've done the Zoe app since the beginning. How do I find these stats? I have no clue how to use it bar logging my tests and tomorrow my vaccine.

Polmont isn't in Stirling is it? That would be under Falkirk?

Groovee, i've only ben doing it a few months. I log that i've not been tested or vaccinated and that I feel well. Then I scroll to the bottom and return to the Home Screen and it gives the map. No idea if there is any more info or if I'm doing it right .
Groovee · 05/03/2021 06:51

Thanks @WaxOnFeckOff i'll take a look.

Got a headache and a very sore arm. But it's manageable.

icanboogieboogiewoogie · 05/03/2021 07:17

According the the Zoe app Glasgow's numbers are fair dropping. We're nearly not dark red on travelling tabby.

Lidlfix · 05/03/2021 07:20

I've being logging on Zoe since the start too but only ever log, check Home Screen from Stirling and leave, there are some visualisations and figures but I like Travelling Tabby and Tableau Public for numbers.

Groovee do you update with your LFT results or should it only be PCRs? I hope updating that vaccine is satisfying and that both you and Mr Groovee have a comfortable day.

JustStopFightingPlease · 05/03/2021 07:27

Polmont, Stirling and Falkirk all come under Forth Valley Health Board. Not sure if that helps as just dipping in and out of the thread and haven't read it all but thought I'd clarify that.

Love to Groovee and MrG.

Nipoleonthenoncommital · 05/03/2021 07:34

Thanks @JustStopFightingPlease that's what I meant, although I think the Zoe app relates to local authorities.

Happy Friday everyone

JustStopFightingPlease · 05/03/2021 07:43

Ah I see! I'm not familiar with the app. I'm a bit doing a bit of head in the sand at the moment to try to get through and keep the rage/dismay at bay.

Coquohvan · 05/03/2021 07:47

Here’s a few pics, may help @Groovee & @Lidlfix
All the best to Groove & Mr G

I've never logged lateral flow test on Zoe app. I always thought it was only PCR. If we test positive on Lateral flow (NHS) we then have to go for PCR as they're not reliable enough so that's the one I would log.

IsurviveonCoffeeandWinein2021 · 05/03/2021 09:51

@AgentCooper that's nuts. I will say for all it's a pain in the arse my kids school are working hard to keep it out. I think prison outbreaks are bad atm. My cousin works in one and it's all over. She's had a spare vaccine though so that's good. Was it this thread someone said shops open on 4th April?

tiredoftiers · 05/03/2021 10:08

I update the Zoe app with my lateral flows, it asks you about the sort of test you have had. I guess if you then go on to get a pcr cause you've had a positive lateral flow it will also provide evidence of the efficacy of the lateral flows.

I wonder sometimes about the number of participants with the app, and whether a couple of extra folk with covid symptoms can really cause a change in the number of cases the app suggests.

I update my lateral flow tests when I do them on the Zoe app as it asks what kind of test etc.
Groovee · 05/03/2021 10:12

I feel like I have a frozen shoulder this morning and a sore head. Mr G looks amazing, I look dreadful.

icanboogieboogiewoogie · 05/03/2021 10:21

My DH felt really fatigued from about 24 hours after his vaccine and had a sore arm for about a further 24 hours. He found paracetamol helped.
